It is good for famillies or groops of friends but not fol alone persons. Personal is excellent. I have travelled in many countries and I have stayed in many hotels. It was the first time in my life they asked me to pay at the first moment in local currency (I was told to go to an atm to withdraw money after a journey during last night). Besides, I had asked for a simple room and the gave me a huge appartment with two (two ant three beds) rooms, a large kitchen, a long corridor, bath and wc, which was cold. Poor breakfast.

It was really comfortable, warm and clean. The apartment was really big and the location of the hotel is just 5min per metro from the centre and 15min per feet.

Unobstrusively efficient service. The breakfast provided a lovely start for each day. The room was warm and confortable enough for us to stay in for the evening whenever we wished. The proximity to both the metro and the tram was especially useful. And we really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the complementary bottle of sparkling wine on new year's eve. If we could have changed anything it would have been: more subdued lighting in the main room; squeezing the third bed into the bedroom rather than the living room; a slightly more generous supply of cooking utensils.

Rooms were larger than expected. Total of 5 single beds in the unit. Separate dining area with kitchenette and fridge was very useful. Wood floors in the rooms meant less chance of allergy issues. The reception staff were helpful and English was available if needed. Metro Station I.P. Pavlova was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel making sightseeing easy. Good value for the money as hot breakfast buffet was included. As is typical in many hotels, you can hear your neighbors if they yell loud enough. Wood floors mean that inconsiderate people who wear shoes/high heels in the room above can be heard walking around.

I was there for a short time with family but the staff were kind and knowledgeable about the town, maps were provided, it was a few steps away from the Metro, not to mention the simple and delicious buffet served at the hotel restaurant 'Boem'.

The location is perfect. The stops of Trams and Metro C just at the corner of the street. The room is quite big and I could hardly hear noise from outside or next door. Though internet access service is provided, I should borrow a cable from the reception. And the breakfast is with limited kinds of food.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was also in a great location while still out a little ways to get an authentic city experience. The decor left much to be desired, but the apartment was clean so it was still very comfortable and I would still recommend (esp for the price).

Thick walls, very spacious rooms, good breakfast, location very close to metro stop. No wireless internet but free cord provided to use and keep in your room until czechout. No air conditioning (but they did have a stand-up fan in the room), shower curtain very dirty, stand-up shower was a plus but very short and could use improvement.

The price and the sympathy of the employees. Although they cleaned the room daily, there were always parts of the floor where we'd see they weren't thoroughly clean.

Our rooms were very very big and comfortable. Receptionists were very nice. The biggest apartment (room 14) of 200 S.M. is the best for groups of friends who want to have big party there. Very low price, for these big rooms ;) In the apartament of 200 S.M. windows couldnt be obscured very much, so in the morning you have to sleep with the sun in your face (because windows are in the ceiling). The elevator is quite slow, but we didn't hurry xD

Very close to metro station I p Pavlova, plenty of food options, from fast to self catering. The apartment came fully equipped with all necessary amenities from crockery, cookery to dishwahing detergent and tea towels. While the apartment is old and towels worn, it was clean and the bed is comfortable. Being on the 4th floor, the apartment was consistently hot, even with the windows open. There is no free wifi in the hotel, but there is a free wired connection to the room.

The hotel is situated in the city centre so we had a good opportunity to city discovering. The staff is very frienfly and helpful, they had an answers for all questions. We could recommend this Aparthotel for all visitors who are looking for comfortable rooms, good service and friendly staff. There is only one thing for dissapointment - slow and terminating Internet. We found some cafes and pubs with free Wi-Fi so situation wasn't hopeless but Internet availability in the hotel would be great.

We had lots of space in the apartment. That was great! It was very conveniently situated , just next to public transport. The staff at reception was very friendly and helped us find the right tram stops for our visits. When we got to breakfast the first day not much was left and it took a while for someone to come. Things got better on the next day. The carpark is quite far from the hotel.

we had the apartment under the ceiling and it was huge and very comfortable, three rooms with enough space for luggage, tv in each of them, enough bathrooms, good kitchen and enormous table and separate living room with comfortable sofas. Really more than enough space and privacy. Beds were very comfortable too. Walking distance if you like to walk downtown and one block from tram and metro if you don`t. Lan was available from living room and minimum one of the bedrooms, we just had to ask for a cable, no extra cost. old place, so no garage (the hotel arranges it nearby) and the elevator is very small, three people and its done, a little bit small to come in and go out.
