- Price was awesome - everything was as described
Location, beds were clean
Rooms very hot, fan broken, sinks in both rooms broken. Poor maintenance.
the staff was friendly and helpful with a quick service
pas de coffre fort dans chaque apartement et pas de seche linge.
Beautiful place And the located is perfect for hanging out or visite
Very good apartment layout, comfortable, clean, and good value. The staff were excellent.
The location is great in one sense, but a little noisy. We were unlucky to book at exactly the same time as a very large group of subhuman weekend drinkers from Ireland.
Everything was great!
Just at The heart of Prague .. Gretta location with nice place fully equiped .
They were giving us an apartment not on the address given by the website… far from the original… passing through cabaret girlie bars. The 2nd apartment given to my family was also in Hotel Elysee and not on the address I booked. The first one had exposed electricals which photo I took. It had five rows of unsettling floor boards that rise up and down like waves… so we can easily sway and fall down. (Photos) When I complained, the girl ushka (I took photo) she tried to pass me off directly to the manager who she said did not speak English… Imagine that !!! I got irritated and angry when they tried to insist that we occupy that dedective apartment.. I was totally angry...
Beds, pillows, balcony, bathroom
1. The kitchen floor was broken and it was extremely difficult to walk there 2. The appartment was in the middle of renovation 3. There were no internal keys for the bathroom 4. The location of the appartments were different as compare to one that i saw and reserved on the internet. I found it poor for families. I will never suggest any family to book an appartment from this company.
It has an amazing location, staff was nice. Overall rate was ok...
The internet connection didn't work and it wasn't perfectly clean... the apartment was good, but not as nice as I saw in the pictures.
It was horrible. Apartments located probably at the worst place in Prague. Homeless people are living in the building on the ground floor. Place is unsafe. Drug dealers sell drugs on the street just in front of the building. From two days we stayed just one and next day moved to hotel. I would never recommend this place if you are traveling with your family, especially with kids. You better choose another place.
I work as export manager and I have many business partners around me, I like, when they feel comfortable and to be honest I went through google and their website looked to me good and I was not disappointed, I was well suprised to they called me, we are in Prague according to adress we got provided and my friends were satisfied. I recomend to at least people like us, who would like to provide for their guests the city center of Prague on the palm.
Lack of breakfast variety
-The location could not be better -The value for money was simply outstanding
- We had to wait an hour to get our room (but this was a minor issue)
More soft furnishings would have improved comfort. Breakfast was poor value.
best location, good price
no hot wather for 2 days
Plenty of room, reasonable accommodation close close to the centre
Accommodation is some 800 metres further from the reception. The fact hasn't been mentioned anywhere. Little bit misleading. Remote control for TV not working, plenty of flat or missing batteries in remote control units. Some lights not working, need new light bulbs. Small details that spoil otherwise good impression. Place needs just a little bit more attention to detail.
Bathroom is in poor condition. Painting is peeling off and wall plates are loosing.
City center cheap price
Forgot charger since a week still house keeping should answer if she has found
They're a fraud, the apartment is not the one advertised! Do not book they are a scam
I travelled to prague with my husband and friends and when I booked the apartment it looked lovely and was described as 'luxury with new furniture and bathrooms with bath tubs and under floor heating. Also cinema surround sound tv. Firstly I asked for the wencelas square area but we were 800 metres away. The apartment was in a back street and we were horrified when we went in. The overall appearance was shoddy and dirty with grey net curtains, stained bedding, black grout on the tiles, a wire sticking out of the wall. The worst was the towels which were thin and covered in bleach stains. There was nothing in this apartment that remotely resembled the original photographs on booking.com and I would not even give them 1 star. When we complained to booking.com on our arrival my friend spoke to a lady called elma who was extremely helpful and suggested the charles grand palace hotel which we moved to the next day. That was a lovely hotel, great location, very clean and comfortable and good choice of breakfast. We did enjoy prague and had a lovely time once the problems were sorted. We would catagorically not recommend premier apartments under any circumstances.
The apartment was spacious and clean and close to shops
The front desk was difficult to find as it's sandwiched between two shops. The entrance to the apartment was different to the front desk. Although the square is nice during the day, at around 6:30 onwards it is littered with prostitutes and drug dealers. This is ok for young travellers on a budget/stag/hen parties but inappropriate for families or business travellers. You have to pay 500 koruna's as a deposit so factor this in if you're on a tight budget.
just need more service
Premier Apartments presents a misleading image of itself online, provides rude customer service, and is poorly managed. When I arrived at reception, the staff insisted that I would need to pay cash for my stay, although I had already paid online. Even after I showed them my bank statement with the charge and the name of their company listed, they insisted (in an annoyed tone) that they had not received payment. When I called my bank, they told me that the payment had gone through, but that Premier Apartments had also attempted to bill me the same amount three additional times (which the bank declined because it suspected an error or fraud). After about an hour of argument, the staff dropped the issue and didn’t raise it again. I’m going to assume this was simply a case of mismanagement and poor record-keeping rather than outright fraud, but the experience was extremely unpleasant. The remainder of our stay was also disappointing. While the property is advertised as on Wenceslas Square, it is actually in a seedy ally off of the square, located alongside two strip clubs. Although the property advertises free wi-fi, we were unable to use it during our stay (there is a paywall, which the reception staff were unable to help us get around). Furnishings are Spartan, and there were ants crawling around several of the bedrooms. Through all of these situations, the staff and management were unresponsive and even rude. They seemed annoyed that we would bother them with any of those issues. Due to Premier Apartments’ misleading advertising, poor customer service and gross mismanagement, I would not stay in their apartments again.
very nice place.
