Apartments LENKA  

The apartments are a great size and in a handy location for sightseers. The Security guard makes you geel a bit safer in the complex, because the street outside can be pretty seedy at night. Wifi works well.

The cleaning staff were very noisy, and the noise coming from the stairs and corridors by other guests was a bit annoying. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly, so I had to give the floors a sweep when we arrived (not a big deal).

Loved the location, it was PERFECT! The size of the apartment was perfect, we had 4 adults and 2 children. The parking situation wasn't a hassel, we drove a mini van and had paid for a parking spot but the van was too big for the hotel's garage so we were given a voucher to another garage. The garage was a little difficult to find but not that big of a deal.

Lots of lightbulbs didn't work which wasn't really that big of a deal.

Location was fantastic, right on wenceslas square and where you want to be, the 6 bed apartment we had was spacious, and clean. I would definately recommend it. We also booked the airport transfers through the apartments which was really good.

We could have possibly done with more than 2 room keys for the 6 of us but not really a reason to not stay here.

Location is excellent!! It is in Wenceslas square... and you can visit all of the touristic part of Prague on foot! Apartment is spacious and kitchen is well equipped. The receptionist was also very helpful in answering our questions about the city and places to visit.

It cost us more to pay in local currency (I.e. paying 153 euro rather than 150 euro) due to the rates that the apartments used.

I liked the central location. Breakfast offering was excellent. Overall this accommodation is good for a budget minded group or family. I was given assistance with parking.

I was misdirected by an email to a different address. Parking is on the expensive side.

The hotel staff speaks good English and offers good travel tips.

Difficult to locate as it is inside a small street. Apartment is a bit old and the corridors are dark.

Location, location, location! Staff are wonderful and provided helpful hints about the city.

The car parking lift is extremely loud at night. We woke up every night to a high pitched screetch.

We enjoyed the hotel and the city a lot. The apartment is very cosy and well-equipped. We liked the combination of colours - green is always pleasant. And we would like to note that the staff at the reception is also very nice and helpful.

The only thing that we didn't like was the noise young people are making. There is a bar in the yard of the hotel and sometimes people get drunk and speak too loudly. Still it happened only once and we stayed there 3 nights.

The studio is really nice and big than I expected. I think it can live 4 people no problem. Location is also good, can go through all the attractions by foot.

Internet sometimes cannot be connected.

The address of Lenka is not easily findable. We initially did struggle a bit to find the place.

Close to main Prague attractions. Low cost for room to move and place to settle rather than pokey hotel room. Young man at reception most helpful in difficult situation due to owners negligence in specifying limited parking;

No parking for motorcycles Despite paying in advance we had no parking here and this place is too risky to park on the street. This oversight on behalf of owner neglecting to note this as a problem spoilt our stay and cost us a small fortune!!! The courtyard is noisy until very late the the car elevator and garbage bin races begin at 5am. Kitchen untensils very basic

--> The apartment was too hot, at least 2 fans would be needed but only 1 was available

The studio apartment is really spacious and the location is excellent, just a 7 minute walk to the old town square and plenty of shops and bars surrounding the apartment. Would stay here again.

It was awkward not to have a key to the main entrance and having to rely on the security guard to open it. I was kept outside for over half an hour until someone opened the door as the security guard was available!

Wetter!Es hat die ganze Zeit geregnet, es war sehr kalt,deswegen war auch die Zimmertemperatur nicht optimal.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y espacioso. El personal muy amable y atento. Estaba en una zona muy tranquila y podías ir andando al centro en 10 min. Relación calidad-precio buena.

Habían muy pocos utensilios en la cocina.

Die Lage des Apartments LENKA ist Perfekt. Direkt am Wenzelsplatz und mitten im Geschehen allerdings sehr ruhig da man in einen kleinen Innenhof schaut. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Das Personal war immer freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Was mit Parkplatz Schwierigkeiten anfing, hörte mit der Sauberkeit auf. Man sollte wissen, das man mit einem Gastank im Auto also LPG in KEINER Tiefgarage in Prag parken darf. Diese hatten wir beim Apartment mitgebucht und bezahlt. Keiner sagte uns bescheid. Wir hatten dann nur die Möglichkeit am Bahnhof unser Auto abzustellen. Die Sauberkeit ist denke ich nicht nur für Deutsche unzumutbar. Uns war klar das es nicht dem deutschen Standard entsprechen wird. Wir sind auch keine pingeligen Menschen schon gar nicht wenn es nur um ein paar Nächte geht. Aber das ging zu weit. Es waren Haare im Bett und Bad, überall Schmutz der bestimmt schon Jahre lang vorhanden ist. Zigarettenkippen in der Heizung usw... Die Putzfrau kam noch zweimal da wir uns beschwert haben. Aber das änderte leider nichts. Beim ersten mal war sie ca. 10 min da nur mit einem Trockenen Lappen. Das zweite mal hatte sie einen Staubsauger dabei. Aber das half leider nichts. Booking.com war telefonisch im ersten Moment sehr freundlich, hilfreich und bemüht. Die Besitzer des Apartments wollten uns 54€ zurück erstatten. Als wir Booking.com mitteilten, das das etwas zu wenig sei, hörten wir von ihnen auch nichts mehr. Wir schickten auch Fotos und bekamen von Booking.com leider keine Reaktion mehr. Wir nahmen dann die 54€ und versuchten uns den lang ersehnten und ersparten Urlaub nicht vermiesen zu lassen. Der erste Urlaubstag war leider wegen dieser Unannehmlichkeiten dahin...
