Good value for its location

Forniture were on the "cheap side...."

we booked a studio for 2, but it was so spacious and had 2 double beds plus one comfy sofa. location couldn't be any better! just in the heart of the city center.

Good location....

Very tiny room. Reception counter on the other block. Not convenience. Most ignoring was the apartment key wasn't working probably. Have to wait to get the key done by tomorrow. The wifi connection got cut off frequently.

Location is great.

Excellent location and value for money. Hotel staff were very friendly and maintained cleanliness. Awesome location, right in the middle of wenceslas square with restaurants all around, so no problem with food. Walkable distance from Charles Bridge and other attractions in the old town.

Had to change rooms, because the room initially booked was given to someone else. Not worth changing rooms if I am staying in the hotel just for 2 nights. The shower curtain was missing in the new room.

Location was perfect.

It was quite an inconvenience to check in at a difference address and then walk to another address for the apartment. The lift was also small. The tv was not working, as well as the refrigerator.

The room smell like a cheap Bar-heavy smoke smell. Tmhe floor was so dirty that chanched you white socks into black. Broken clock. Broken faucet in kitchen. Very old kitchenwares. The whole package is suitable for a Hostel not more.

this is the worst hotel i have ever booked. attitude of the staff are horrible; the space of the room can only turn a round, far from the pitcure they put on intel; all the goods are broken : cant turn on the computer, no tissue paper in the toilet even we informed staff. what the scared thing is that it seems everyone have the key of my room!! when i brushed tooth, prepared to take a shower or went to toilet, there will someone rush into the aisle and said sorry they had to get sth. i cant image how i survived from that terrible hotel and live for 3 days!!! i wont recommend this hotel to anyone, ever!!

Zero Other Facilities and not having daily cleaning

It was nice and clean. Also close to the train stop.

We were staying in 50 m^2 apartment. It was really nice with big kitchen, bedroom and bathoom. Everything is clean and Very helful staff answered all my questions about city and transportation, quickly solved all problems with hairdryer (it didn't work) and washing machine (it broke during our 1st wash). I liked that there were so many useful devices and equipment like washing machine, microwave, TV with sat, free Wi-Fi in the room, iron, strongbox, etc. Wi-Fi connection wasn't so stable as we expected, but it was enought to watch online videos and cartoons.

Terrible noise from the square started from 8 a.m. untill late night. It's ok if you close windows, but if you want to ventilate room you will have to deal with noise. And one have to understand that if you stay in centre of city like Prague you will certainly have such noise level. We had some problems with hairdryer and washing machine. Staff could check everything before our arrival, I think. There were no shower gel (except 2 small packs for 1 use), soap and washing powder...

25 euro for parking is pretty steep - but it is conveniently right next to the apartments.

After travelling for several months, staying in hotel rooms, it was great to stay in a fully equiped apartment, having the abilit< to wash clothes and prepare food when I wanted. Recomend them... It was great

The apt is very well located . Our children could easily roam around below shopping , sight seeing and we were at ease . Excellent location from all perspective . The staff at the front desk are very co-opreative and makes you feel at home. Best the reception is there for 24 hours unlike other apts where they close at 6 .

Think to make one feel more happy and cozy the apt should provide tea / coffee sachets alongwith sugar just like any other apts in Europe. Crockery could be upgraded and kept in complete set.

Отличное расположение отеля в городе. Метро прямо у входа в отель, самый центр города, вокруг всегда можно покушать. Рядом все основные достопримечательности. До старого города рукой подать.

Отвратительные завтраки. Выбор из 4 вариантов, которые еще и кажый день по разному готовят. 2 варианта это омлеты, 1 это кефир с хлопьями, 1 это хлеб с джемом. И так каждый день. Можно сойти с ума. Нет звукоизоляции с коридором!

De lokatie was uitstekend. Een prima uitgangspunt om alle bezienswaardigheden te voet te ontdekken. Als je niet van te veel luxe houdt was het appartement voldoende. Wij zaten in 704. Alles was aanwezig echter had het een sobere uitstraling.

Wat tegenviel was dat de prijs die wij ervoor dachten te betalen uiteindelijk meer dan honderd euro duurder uitkwam doordat het omgerekend werd aan de hand van de dagkoers van de plaatselijke valuta.

Trop de bruit, une clientèle irrespectueuse faites de touristes à la petite semaine : alcoolisé et aucune encadré par le personnel. Personnel débordé. Impossible de dormir la nuit. Une honte pour la qualité que laissée présagée votre site.

Son apartamentos grandes donde se instala mucha gente. En fin de añi había grupos muy jóvenes con fiesta y mucho ruido hasta muy entrada la madrugada.
