Hotel Apartments Wenceslas Square  

The apartment was very well located a short walk from the railway station in the main city area. It was very clean and comfortable, of a good size for four people, however we were not expecting the double and two single beds in the one room. On request of some extra cooking utensils they were promptly sourced and delivered to our apartment. The security was also very good so I would definitely recommend these apartments.

The bedding configuration was not what was expected

There was one huge problem the staff was very unwilling to help at any cost. The problem can to bear when we where asked to move from one room to another. When I asked why they only explain that there where two different managers so we had to move. Even with the moving of rooms the standard of living went from a 9 to a 3. Then they split the group up into two and move one guy into another hotel. In short it was horrible and we all decided not to stay. We took a lost of 136 euro only to move into a Ibis that morning.

The location, it was spacious, and had everything we needed!

Location is excellent, apartment well-equipped for the price. Ours was quiet. We booked an airport pick up by the apartments, which worked very well and was very reasonably priced. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Appartement agréable avec un accueil sympathique , l'appart hôtel est très bien situé dans le nouveau quartier de Prague avec de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. Idéal pour famille avec ado car très vivant. Proche de la place de la vielle ville , du pont de Charles , bref on est bien placé pour tout faire a pieds

El apartamento esta muy bien. Sencillo, pero super completo, todo muy limpio. Súoer centrico. No es nada de lujo, pero por el precio execelente!

La situation de l'appartement. Le personnel très sympathique. La bonne qualité générale de l'appartement.

Les rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière alors qu'en face de l'immeuble y'a des néons de partout(boite de nuit), le manque de chaine française sur la télévision (pas de TF1,FR2 3,M6 etc), le taux de change pratiqué en face de la réception(on arrive alors on se sent obligé mais y'a juste à sortir et faire 15 mètres pour avoir largement mieux et il ne faut pas échanger 20€ par 20€ par exemple mais tout d'un seul coup sinon vous y perdez). L'incapacité à avoir la réception au téléphone afin de commander la navette pour l'aéroport.

Muy bien ubicado, confortable, muy buena precio calidad.

La calefacción y el wi fi funciona a ratos. La ultima noche nos morimos de frío y no hay wi fi ni teléfono.

Основное преимущество отеля - прекрасное расположение. Отличный номер представляющий собой двухкомнатную квартиру с кухней. В номере есть абсолютно все самое необходимое и даже больше - посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, фен, утюг, кофеварка. Фильтры для кофеварки заканчиваются администрация тут же обеспечивает новыми. Трансфер от/до аэропорта (в один конец) бесплатный.

Отличное месторасположение: центр города, в двух шагах станция метро Mustek (зеленая и желтая линии), метров через 300 ст. метро Muzeum (красная линия), рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны. Номер чистый, все необходимое для приготовления пищи имеется, достаточно уютно. Персонал отзывчивый, доброжелательный, на просьбы реагирует, русскоговорящих на рецепшене не было, но это не стало проблемой, объясниться при желании можно всегда.

Номер оказался без балкона, под крышей, высоко окна, соответственно вида никакого. Темновато в номере. На фоне остальных плюсов впечатления не испортились. С удовольствием остановимся в этих апартаментах в следующий раз.
