sauberes, großes Zimmer in zentraler Lage, das gut eingerichtet ist (leider keine Kaffeemaschine).

Wir hatten Zimmer nach vorn, dort war es ein wenig lauter aufgrund des Verkehrs und am Wochenende aufgrund der feiernden Leute. Leider erst ab 7:00 Uhr warmes Wasser (haben wir bei der Abreise gemerkt), Umrechnungskurs im Hotel bei Bezahlung mit Karte ist etwas aus der Luft gegriffen

gute Verkehrsanbindung, ruhiges Zimmer mit moderner Küche (Kühlschrank, Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler), schönes Bad, Einkaufmöglichkeiten wenige Meter entfernt

Hotel ist sehr sauber

Es hatte eine Baustelle (inklusive Lärm!!), und nichts davon stand im Internet. Ärgerlich. Ausserdem war das Zimmer eiskalt, kaum geheizt, und am Türrahmen hatte es Einbruchspuren...

Excellent value for money, very clean and spacious. Excellent room fit-out, especially if you want to cook at all. No extra amenities other than room but as long as you know that, which we did, there is no problem

it was quiet and spacious and was excellent for transport with the metro and trams just outside the apartments. Andel has a few shops with a large Tesco`s and under-cover shopping centre a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of eating and drinking places close by and the main attractions only a 10 minute ride by tram or metro to the centre. Struggling really to find any faults with the accommodation and would definately stay there again. Our room even had its own washing machine.

Only complaint I could have is I don`t think there was a lift for anybody disabled as anyone disabled would struggle up the stairs. The apartment itself was just about spotless apart from under the bed which was a bit dusty, but that is really nit picking.

Absolutely brilliant, helpful staff. Superb value for money. Modern & clean. Free internet. Excellent location in suburbs right by Metro & Trams for easy and quick access into centre and to Airport.

Location great! You can reach any point in the city in 10-15 mins by using tram or metro, 30 mins to the center on foot. There is a biiig shopping mall, many restaurants and cafes near by. The price is great comparing to the aparts and location. Staff is very friendly. All needs are available in the aparts. I highly recommend.

Cleanness is good, but could be much better. Some strange sounds coming from the heaters or the bathroom, these should be fixed. We stayed at number 20.

Nice spacious and modern apartment, very close to public transport. The immediate area has good places to eat and is a very well placed base for seeing the city. Very useful having a kitchen, even if just for making a cup of tea.

No - very satisfied

It was conveniently located right across the street from the B Metro and several trams. Also it is right by a Tesco (department store with supermarket) and Mall in case you forgot to pack something or want to use the kitchen to cook in the apartment. The restaurant (located on the ground floor) was good to eat at, too, and was not too noisy. The room was exceptionally clean. It made a great home-base for our sightseeing and day-trips. The staff were helpful and found a hairdryer for us to use, helped us work the TV and the washing machine, and really any time we asked, they helped us.

It was a little ambiguous as far as whether it was a hotel or an apartment, in the sense that cleaning was only once a week, but we saw that we could ask for more towels, and some toiletries were provided. It was a little weird having to ask where to throw out the garbage, and we ended up providing out own bags and toilet paper, because we just finally tired of asking for so many things. It we were staying for a month, and it was truly an apartment rental, this would make more sense, but it seemed somewhere in the middle of the kind of service you would expect at a hotel and what you would expect if you were renting from an agent. Having said that, this ambiguity did not really taint our stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. the room clean and lots of free space.exelent location for people who likes to travel by foot (right next to Petrin hill).

There are no channels in English on TV except CNN.

The apartment is in a great location, not right in the city centre and yet with trams and metro available just in the same road. The room was big, clean and good value.

When we arrived and paid in the local currency for the 3 days, the change was not the right one, so basically they charged us more than what we were supposed to pay according to the web site and to the change rate at the day of arrival. I would suggest people to pay in euro and not in the local currency.
