Clean, quiet, easily-accessible apartment close to restaurants and transport.

The receptionist or manageress made no effort to be of assistance on our arrival, albeit late in the evening.

We were very pleased, nice, clean, refurnished and good located apartment. Nice staff as well.

wired internet did not work. But there was wireless free public internet provider. I reccommend you upgrade to wireless (=problemless) internet connection.

Near train station, metro, fast food and supermart. Cleanliness. Kitchen utensils are provided. Modern furnishing.

Heater wasn't working. Hotel staff working hours are too short to facilitate early check in. Best if the staff have better command of English.

It was bright and airy, extremely clean, quiet and roomy. We stayed in room 13b, an attic room and it was everything you could want as a base to explore Prague. The bathroom was light and again extremely clean and I thought the skylights throughout made use of the light and when closed you could not here a thing. The bed was comfortable and on the whole just a nice feel to it.

No, absolutely perfect

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is located about 1.5 km from the Charles Bridge and is on a tramline which provides good access to other parts of Prague. There is also a shopping centre/supermarket across the road.

Very very noisy. We were not aware that the apartments were located above a beer-house/pub. The noise did not cease until about 1.00am most nights and then construction workers started downstairs around 6.00am. This is not the place if you want a good nights sleep.

Accommodating staff, excellent location with Tesco and a mall just around the corner, and a grocery shop across the street. Excellent location for public transport too, Andel metro station and numerous trams heading for the city attractions just outside the door. Extremely secure (needed 4 swipes of the door key to get from the street to inside the apartment).

Shower wasn't hot enough.

Very recently renovated, nice design and furniture, the apartment has all comforts (TV, DVD reader, microwave and dishwasher, washing machine; no hairdryer though). Beautiful bathroom. Excellent central location just 15 minutes walk from Mala Strana, close to shops, dining and bars, plus the area is safe.

"parking available upon reservation" really means that only one spot is available for the whole hotel, so if you count on a parking spot you really should make sure to reserve it on a long notice. the staff at the reception didn't show up at all on Easter morning when we were trying to check out but the hotel doesn't have an express check-out service either.

well positions for both the Andel area and easy links to all of the tourists sites and Wenceslas square

The cash was not taken from my account in English money as I had booked. We then had to exchange money in order to pay cash for the 8 rooms I had booked and in doing this, with the exchange rate changing since I booked the accommodation worked out to be around £10 per room more expensive.

Very clean and comfy apart hotel - our 2nd visit!
