The comfortable, well-furnished and modern Andel Apartments are close to the center of the city and offer easy access to public transportation, for exploring Prague and the surrounding area. The apartments are situated in 2 houses very close to each other, next to a tram stop and the Andel metro station. Andel Apartments offers 16 apartments on the third floor (no elevator). In this building you also find the main reception. In Andel Apartments II, which is about 110 yards away, there are 9 apartments, all accessible by elevator. Andel Apartments are self-catering and each one has a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also many cafes and restaurants near the hotel offering authentic Czech cuisine at affordable prices. Shops and banks are nearby and a 15-minute tram ride will take you to the city's main attractions. Hotel Rooms: 25

Andel apartments have a great location to visit Prague.Its 50 meters away from the Andel metro station and it takes 10 minutes to go to the Old City.The room was clean and very well heated.We have enjoyed our stay and we recommend Andel Apartments to everyone who wishes to visit Prague The sheets and towels were not soft

Great value for the price. The double room had plenty of space for my wife and I. Location across the street to Andel metro station, TESCO and Albert market were a definite bonus. Reception was nice and understood english. They have their own parking area a block and a half away that is gated. We would definitely go there again if we were to go back to Prague. It seems like parking in Prague is a challenge. I wish I knew that I could've drove into and stopped in the driveway where the restaurant was at while checking in. I drove around the block 3 times until I could find a spot 3 blocks away.

The decor of the apartments is nice and the price is reasonable for their location and size. The facilities for making tea and coffee are good. The beds are quite comfortable. There is an excellent pub downstairs which serves great Czech beer and some of the best traditional food I have eaten here (I have been living in the Czech Republic teaching English for the past 4 months). The apartments only have one bolier for 20 apartments which is a disgrace. We therefore had to have cold showers for the majority of the weekend which is unacceptable, especially when it is during the winter. The apartments advertise that there is free wifi in every room but upon arrival we were told that they in fact only have wifi in the apartments on the ground floor - and ours was on the 2nd! One of my main reasons for booking the apartment was for interenet use - both for our weekend for making reservations and for work. I was very disappointed with the services provided. We had to ask several times to get clean towels and toilet roll and there is only someone on reception at certain times. The manager was unavailable for 2 full days and I have still not received any correspondence regarding my complaint.

the location is perfect...right in the heart of prague. easily reachable from any part of prague. the room at the side of the street is quite noisy not that unbearable though.

Very convenient to travel in Prague, as it is close to all the bus and metro stations. It is well located particularly if you prefer not to go out and eat every day as the Apartment gets a nice kitchen in the room and a Tesco nearby. It is very clear and the receptionist is nice people.

Location, well-stocked apartment, clean, easy check in and check out, quiet, very comfortable. Would be nice to have more comfortable linens and towels. The terry- cloth mattress covers were a little scratchy as were the towels.

It's very clean, the bed is comfortable, there is free WiFi, kitchen with all the cooking tools you need. The apartment's windows were facing the inner court yard, where there was a Bar-terrace and very noisy, but only till 11 pm.

Excellent proximity to a metro station (1 minute walk), a tram stop which goes directly to the castle (1 minute walk), and a very large mall with a supermarket open until midnight (5 minute walk). We booked a different room than provided. It was clear since our booked room had separate kitchen where as the one we were provided with was open plan.

Very clean. Easy to access to the city center. Tram and metro are just in front of the hotel. Good shopping places and supermarkets around. Heating system is good. Kitchen is well-equipped. No iron and hair dryer. Be careful with the hot water. It is too hot.

The room has all the amenities needed for long stay (kitchen is well equipped). The furniture is new and the room is perfectly clean. The location in the city is perfect (metro and tram are very close to the hotel). Not far from the city center (20 minutes if you go on foot) The cleaning for long-term stays is done only 1 time in 7-8 days (but you can ask for fresh towels at the reception). In the courtyard of the building is situated a very noisy bar so it's difficult to sleep with the windows open. As there is no air-conditionning it may be very hot.

The staff was very helpfull, even more then necessary (I almost felt embarassed for it :-) ). The location with all the balconies on the restaurant square is also very cosy. Just some "nice beer sound" from the restaurant below, but nothing horrible: they close quite early.
