The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The unit was very spacious, and we appreciated that. The breakfast was good. The location is great for Prague Castle, in particular. There was no wireless Internet access in our room, which was an inconvenience. However, it did work from the bar. Also, we had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel on foot - more signage, and a suggested pedestrian route posted on the hotel website would be helpful. |

The location was great, easy walking distance to everything. Close to good restaurants. Room size was good. . Lounge and Lobby area let the place down. One morning we decided to sleep a bit later, and got to the breakfast room at 9:00 am. no clean table was available, and lots of stuff was missing on the buffet, such as no plates, and very little food. |

A romantic hotel, perfect located in prague. Within a short walk you can reach all the attractions, the hotel itself is in the calm embassy quarter. The service in the hotel is perfect and very friendly!!! The next time I would book this hotel again. |

Very quiet, clean and picturesque place. Towels are clean and enough, bathroom is clean. wi-fi is extremely poor, may say that signal was absent. |

The location suited us perfectly. Prague was packed with tourists despite our Taxi Driver said this was the worst year because of the crisis. It was just wonderful to get back to a cozy and quiet hotel after a full day of excitement. Our room was very spacious, with comfortable furnitures and a lovely terrace to relax in. We also appreciated the tea / coffee making facilities inside the room. We left one of our mobile phones in our room, and the receptionist (Daniel) was able to arrange DHL to send it to our next destination within 24 hrs. Management could consider adding guest slippers and a glass screen / shower curtain in the bathtub, in order to keep the floor dry when guest is taking a shower. Not everyone could sit down and take a shower, especially older people or person with physical difficulties. |

Great location in high-end secure neighborhood across the street from the U.S. Embassy. Close to castle, 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge but tucked away in very quiet neighborhood. High quality room for very reasonable price. The only negative was the wireless Internet did not work everywhere in the hotel -- specifically, I could not pick it up in my room and had to walk downstairs to get a signal. Test the signal in your room before finalizing your room location. |

English speaking and attentive front desk with knowledge of the dining, sights, and tour options within walking distance of hotel. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable beds and reasonable cost Could use an electric fan for some air movement when weather gets hot. Hotel is not air conditioned, but only at about 3a with a 30c degree that heated up the building did it get stuffy when the breeze stopped from the windows. |

The breakfast was top! The hotel is very conveniently located on the west side of Charles bridge a 5-10 min walk and a 5 min walk to the castle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to be near the hussle and bussle of the city but not quite in it. The hotel is very peaceful, clean and quiet. Lovely patio and garden! There is no aircon in the rooms and in the summer it gets very hot indeed. But there was a table fan! |

a little bit hard to climb up with your luggage but it would be nice to walk up after you have a nice dinner. The serving staff in the breakfast buffet place was a bit aloof and the orange juice was watery. |

The size of the rooms where excellent. A dining facility would have been an advantage along with a screen/shower curtain over the bath. |

perfect localisation and conditions in a suite, comfortable even for 2 familes. Proffecional personel. Furniture good quality and condition, nice styled. Bath room clean (but water in a a bath tube flows down not perfectly). Nice breakfast in interresting room. A bit rough room arrangement (carpets and some decoration, like pictures, a clock would make it nicer). Some amusement (f.e. snooker or pool room) in rainy hours would be great. |

What a lovely hotel. We could not fault it in any way. It was very quiet yet very close to the main road up to the castle. The bedrooms were lovely and the buffet breakfast set us up for the day This is not a criticism - it was on a hill up from the river but after a day we found a route at the back which was mush flatter |

Lovely peaceful room. Very clean. Beautiful breakfast room, Good choice for breakfast and plenty. Quite a steep walk upto the hotel not really suitable for anybody with walking difficulties. Room service for breakfast would have been a nice option if you wanted it. Waitress at breakfast could have been a bit more cheerful and perhaps some soft back ground music but none of this would stop me staying at the hotel again because the accommodation was lovely these are just minor points. |
