The Arbes hotel is located near the lush green Kinksy Gardens in central Prague, only a 5 minute walk from the Andel metro station. A tram stop can be found just around the corner. All rooms are elegantly equipped with new old-style furniture, a satellite TV and a minibar. A lockable private parking lot is available in the hotel courtyard. The lobby bar is open from 9am until 2am in the morning and offers a wide choice of alcohol and soft drinks. The cozy wine-cellar restaurant serves an extensive buffet breakfast as well as Czech and international cuisine for groups upon request. The wine cellar can also be used for meetings. The Hotel Arbes is conveniently located near Arbes square on the border between the Smichov (Prague 5) and Mala Strana (Prague one) districts, on the foot of Petrin hill and Prague Castle, close to the left bank of the Vltava river. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Prague now because this hotel offers great value and hospitality in the best location within easy walking distance of the most attractive areas of the city.

Nice hotel, exellent location - the metro station is nearly, and a lot of sightseengs are also in the region of the hotel. Friendly staff. The hotel is really good! The bed.. There was two covers instead one, it was not comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great, close to tram stops and metro station. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. The street noise at night renders uninterrupted sleep pretty much impossible. The skylight window on the top floor doesn't come with shutters and the sunlight in the morning wakes us up. We made reservation for a double-bed for instead got two single beds at first.

The hotel is ok, beautiful and with a great breakfast included, but the staff is very unpolite. They have given us a two singular beds instead of a double room that we have booked and there were some problems about. Furthermore at the end of the week end they want an help to making up the room. Very bad.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. Near the metro station and shopping centre, only takes around 5 minutes. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and the food is tasty. I'm satisfied with the attitude of the staff and I enjoy living in the hotel !

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for the meetings I had to attend and the price was reasonable for September, which I know is always a very busy month in Prague. I realise that I booked the cheapest single room but the room was very small with two small single beds end-to-end against the wall, with a small wardrobe between the heads of each bed. Also, the hotel was advertised as having fee wifi but this had a very weak and unuseable signal in the bedroom and only slightly better in the reception area.

Good position, friendly staff, good price. We're not disappointed at all. Internet access in rooms is provided through LAN cable only. Did you think of those people using iPad or smartphone (as I do)?.. ))

Location of the hotel is perfect. 28 rooms, big, high ceiling. Quiet neighborhood, not to far from amenities. Stuff are very helpful and deserve 10+. Auto parking is OK. It's under lock and constant surveillance. Just 7 places, but 10 can fit. Close to hotel are restaurants with normal prices. People, when in Czech, change money (€ or $ to Czech korunas) ONLY in banks and hotels!!!

Exchange of Euro to czk is possible. But at the end of your visit the exchange of czk to Euro is not. Thats not good. Do not ever exchange money at the main station. They will draw-off 18 % commission!! Thats legalized robbery...
