Located just 100 metres away from the main square of Český Krumlov, the Hotel Arcadie lets you discover all important sights of this charming town on foot. The hotel building, built in Gothic style in the 14th century, used to be one of the largest buildings in the town. According to historical sources a prominent family of famous stonecutters from Krumlov used to live in this building in the 16th century. The room is really clean and nice. It's near the main square. The bath room is huge and also very clean. Breakfast is quiet good. Highly recommend this hotel. We have 3 person, after 2 person took the shower, there wasn't hot water anymore. But wait until morning, the hot water came back.

it's literally a couple of seconds from the city center, the staff is friendly and willing to help, the rate cannot be beaten. just a mild inconvenience, but the level of english (both spoken and understood) is poor.

This was a great value. The beds were a little on the firm side, which I loved. We had a room on the top floor with skylights and big soaking tub that was luxurious.

Hotel is in a great location and we were lucky enough to have a room facing teh beautiful castle...what a view! Room and bathroom were both large. I guess the breakfast wasnt that great but that is minor, everything else was great!

The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The location is wonderful! We had a room with window to the street and people were a bit loud until about 2 am.....but it was a big tourist time.

Very nice and atmospheric hotel. Room 10 offered a spectacular view over the castle. Breakfast room was cozy. Hotel restaurant - as well as almost all the restaurants in Cesky Krumlov - closed at 10 PM, so if you are going to eat, don't wait for too long. Car parking was somewhat difficult, and since there is no elevator in the hotel, we got some exercise while carrying our bags to our rooms. Maybe that should be a pro instead of a con though.

Great location and friendly/helpful staff. The room was very, very clean and overlooked the castle. I would absolutely stay there again!

Just next to the main square. Nice building, clean rooms, large bed and bathroom with bath and seperate shower, delicious breakfast with wide choice of cold food. Staff high five! We could leave our baggages in a locked room after checking-out, so we had another walk in the city before leaving. I also recommend the pizzeria below it, their pasta was quite tasty. Leona (care taker) is a very nice person, speaks very well English, and she checked us in even at 11 pm (checki-in hours normally end at 6 pm). Thanks again for the memories.

Posizione fantastica in casa d'epoca ristrutturata in modo molto intelligente e con grande buon gusto, receptionist deliziosamente gentile, buona colazione, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il sistema wifi non funzionava, bisogna raggiungere la struttura a piedi (ma ne vale la pena).

Byli jsme nadšeni, já i můj 8 letý syn. Vánoční Krumlov je fantastický a v hotelu jsme si připady jako v pohádce. Velice příjemný a ochotný personál.

La propreté et la rencontre d'un couple Tchèque très sympathique Comme la plupart des établissements d'hébergement à Český Krumlov, il s'agit de maisons particulières aménagées en Hôtels. L’insonorisation entre les chambres n'est donc pas maîtrisé. Attendez vous à profiter des conversations des voisins....

Camera molto accogliente e ben curata, bagno ampio con vasca e box doccia. Buono il ristorante interno tipico Ceco. Posizione tranquilla in area pedonale. E' possibile scaricare I bagagli entrando con permesso nell'area pedonale, ma il parcheggio pubblico più vicino è a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Non c'é l'ascensore, ma l'edificio ha due soli piani.

Úžasná poloha hotelu. Pokoj velký a prostorný. Na recepci slečna neuměla poradit s návštěvou míst ani s parkováním v okolí. V hotelu není wifi, dostanete ale kabel, přes který se jde připojit. Velký nedostatek - střešní okna nešla nijak zastínit, takže vstávání s rozedněním :-(

Ubicación perfecta, céntrico pero tranquilo. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el parking era gratuito. A la hora de pagar la persona de recepción me dijo que teníamos que pagarlo. Dijimos que nos habían dicho que era gratuito y de muy malas formas me dijo que "no me creía". Cuando nos ibamos "intentó" arreglarlo diciendo que había sido un error, pero en ningún momento se disculpó. También, de malas formas, me reprochó que el día que llegamos lo hicimos muy tarde (19:30) y que nos había estado esperando todo el día. Francamente, nunca, en ningún hotel me han tratado así. Además el precio del hotel es excesivo para lo que ofrecen. Desayuno muy pobre.
