Η θέα από το παράθυρό μας ήταν απίστευτα όμορφη!!! Τ-Ε-Λ-Ε-Ι-Α!!!

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν ότι κατά την αναχώρησή μας για το αεροδρόμιο,ένας από τους υπαλλήλους στην reception μας διαβεβαίωνε ότι δεν έχουμε πληρώσει. Και ενώ του εξηγούσαμε με πολύ ευγενικό τρόπο ότι η κράτηση είναι προπληρωμένη εντούτοις αυτός επέμενε ότι δεν ήταν και έπρεπε να τον πληρώσουμε. Στο τέλος, κατάλαβε το λάθος του!

No sitting area at reception

The location was perfect; being able to walk across the Charles Bridge before breakfast (and before all the tourist rush) was a unique experience. The reception staff were efficient and helpful; not particularly friendly, but good at their job. The breakfast buffet was very good but the coffee was a souvenir reminder of the pre-1989 Czechoslovakia regime. A decent espresso can be enjoyed in the cafe next door which is also part of the hotel. Free WiFi was much appreciated.

Being an old and traditional building all bedrooms are different, so giving a general opinion may be misleading. However I would never again pay the supplement for Room 1 with its ' view of the Charles Bridge'. Yes, if you stick your head out of the window and look left, you can see it, but with its barely adequate bathroom and hard beds, I would choose the cheaper option and have a nice view of the quiet square in front of the hotel. Maybe a good idea to insist on viewing the room before accepting the key.

Great location - view of charles bridge, but in a quiet, beautiful square. Room large, airy, nicely minimally furnished. Great breakfast spread.

Cleaners setting washing machines off at 8am in room next to ours (26). Very expensive for poor facilities. Bathroom too small, lot of room in main room but sparsely furnished. Rubbish TV set. Extortionately priced mini-bar.
