The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. We had a great room overlooking the river. The room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water! Breakfast was not up to par compared to most hotels in the same class. |

It is located in the heart of the Old Prague right at the Charles Bridge. We had a two room apartment for the price of a normal room. Tasty breakfast. Nice river view. |

Primary advantage is location in respect of Charles Bridge and castle areas of Prague. Hotel is in quieter distrct of City but still with all the necessary restuarants and shops nearby. |

The hotel is very central for visiting all parts of Prague. 24 hour reception adds to security. The hotel has its own adjacent restaurant for breakfast and good value food. The hotel has WiFi. No lift - our room was up four flights of stairs. Nowhere easy to park the car - always a problem in Prague. |

Double bed is not really king-sized bed. It was just two bed put together. Very uncomfortable to sleep for couple. |

The best part was the close proximity to all attractions, in the heart of the tourist trail, whilst being in a quiet riverside locale was superb. The staff of the hotel were at all times pleasant and a small hitch with the plumbing was dealt with almost immediately. The breakfast left nothing wanting, superb. Overpriced, Twin beds - double requested. Emailed to ask if shuttle service from airport available, received no response. Room wall seating badly stained. The staff of their restaurant (next door) did not come out to terrace to serve you - we left and advised hotel. Next day gave another opportunity but indoors, staff clearly take customers as an intrusion. |

It was central to Prague, within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff were helpful and polite. Although central was very quiet at night and early morning. There is nothing we disliked about this hotel, it is one of the best with regard to value for money, that we have visited. |

I suppose for me it was the location it was excellent - but then again there are many hotels - lovely view from room - I thought the facilities were poor enough - small bath and shower room. In our room anyway - not as fabulous as I expected especially after reading all the fantastic recommendations on trip advisor - it was ok. Small reception area no place to have a late drink. |

Staff members were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The rooms were great and the hotel itself is in an excellent location at the foot of the bridge. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Europe. This was our second time staying in Prague. On our first trip, we thought our hotel stay (in a different hotel) couldn't have been better...this was even better! |
