Location, definitely. This hotel is in a perfect location to see all important attractions in Prague. 2 minutes from Charles Bridge, 5 - 10 minutes to the Old Town and the Astronomical Clock, same thing for St. Nicholas Church and a little more if you're going to the St. Vitus Cathedral. There is a park nearby where you can easily rest your weary feet. The area itself is wonderful with lots of restaurants, and surprises can be found if you explore nearby narrow streets. Staff are friendly, especially those in the restaurant, and the food is superb. Breakfast has a lot of choices as well. The thing we like most from this hotel is that we can always go easily to Charles Bridge, where walking at any time of day is simply magical.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. The location is very good for all aspects of the city break holiday. It was nice to spend every evening sitting in their riverside bar, having a few drinks overlooking the charles bridge and river. Quiet location, but just yards away from all the activity of the city... The bath towels were a bit small..

We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the river and to the Charles Bridge. The hotel is very well situated on Kampa Island just next to the Charles Bridge. It is very well appointed and our room was extremely comfortable with a wonderful view. The staff were especially helpful and lovely. The young man on reception when we arrived carried our suitcases up to our room because there is no lift. He was also very helpful with information about concerts that were on during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The hotel is in a great location, very quiet and just a few metres from the Charles Bridge. It is in easy walking distance to all there is to see in Prague. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone going to Prague and we would certainly stay there again. There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Excelent hotel. Best possible location, between the two major atractions of Prague: the castle and the Old Town centre, both at short walking distance, but in a quiet side street. Very spacious, clean and light bedroom.Excelent breakfast included. Free wi-fi. Computers in the reception, and rental of IPADs. Good restaurant, with traditional food. Very kind staff, willing to help - even some medicines for headache were available at the reception! Fair price fair for the amount of amenities...

Location - a minute to the bridge, adjoining a magnificent riverside park, walking distance to most major sites. Design - exterior is a divine shade of yellow. Interior, each room is more charming than the next. Wooden floors, very comfortable beds, coffee / tea and electric kettle (fabulous Italian coffee packets), bathrooms equipped with hair dryer, large bath/ shower combo, real leather couch, antique design wooden chairs, cozy, ceiling fan, terrace with a peek to the river (room 8 on first floor). Buffet breakfast, extensive and delicious ( eggs, veggies, fruit, pastries, etc!) Wifi, in rooms, and access to computers in lobby.. Service ; Eduard, front office manager works non stop and is kind, efficient and a true gentleman. Ondrej, front office is charming and friendly and if he hears you trying to come down the steps with your suitcases, he zooms over to help! Only exception would be the brewed coffee served at breakfast...... Not to my taste.

This hotel has the best of both worlds. It's in a perfect location, not far from Prague's city center, but is quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are very helpful, and the rooms are quaint and relaxing. Our room rate came with a breakfast buffet, which was plentiful compared to some European breakfast options.

This hotel is about a 20 minute ride from the airport. We requested airport pick up through the hotel. It was 670czk each way, in a private car and was very nice. As you can already tell by the other reviews, this hotel has a fabulous location, about half a block from the Charles Bridge. Although I think every tourist in Prague is walking across this pedestrian only bridge all day long, the hotel is amazingly quiet. We had one of the loft rooms (22, on the third floor) overlooking the river. It was lovely. Sometimes the website photos of rooms are misleading, but not in this case. The room was large and spacious. The bathroom was small, but very clean, and with the exception of luxury hotels, the size was much the same as most European hotels. In addition to the window overlooking the Vltava River, our room had several large skylights. The floors were wood, but made absolutely no noise when you walked across them. We have stayed in several places, where you could hear every footstep in the surrounding rooms. This room was very quiet. We couldn't even hear noise from the hallway. The breakfast was delicious. We were there for 3 nights, and never had an opportunity to eat an evening meal in the restaurant, but the menu looked very nice. The loft rooms have their own air conditioner, which in the summer is probably very necessary. We were there in late March, and the days were sunny. The room was warm, but we just opened the window and it was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have computers in the lobby that are hooked up to a printer, so we printed up our boarding passes before we left. You never want to say a place is perfect, but this hotel is charming, clean, cozy, and comfortable at a very reasonable price. What more do you need? Very close to perfect.

Great location with a good feel about the place. The staff were all friendly and always ready to help. Great size double room with a lovely veiw of the river and the bridge. All in all lovely stay. If there was anything I would complain about there could have been more drinks in the room ie 2no coffee 2no tea would have been better with a few more. The only other thing was that the big flat screen tv could have done with more english speaking tv channels.

Nehir ve köprü manzaralı 22 numaralı çatı katında kaldık. Manzara, oda büyüklüğü, temizlik, lokasyon ve personelin davranışından oldukça memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim. We stayed in the penthouse no 22 with the river and bridge view. The view, size of the room, cleanliness, location and friendship of the personnel was extraordinary. We strongly recommend.

Location is brilliant on Kampa Island, next to StCharles Bridge, easy walking distance to main attractions, boat trip departures across hotel, quiet and peaceful (at least in January), lovely rooms, must prebook stunning river facing rooms, charming basement restaurant with good food and very friendly service, parking outside hotel available prebooked only, at extra cost though (little more than nearby public parking area) great value for money, would definitely recommend to others Reception staff could be friendlier and more welcoming (experienced 3)
