The charm of the building but with modern facilities Minor point. What items are complimentery and what items form part of the charged mini-bar should be made more clear. Not every guest will find the mini-bar list in the welcome folder. |

Fantastic location, couldn't be better. We faced the square, away from the river, but it was really quiet despite being a minute from the Charles Bridge. Good breakfast. Polite staff. Our quadruple room could be separated into two bedrooms (lounge has a sofabed) which was great. Very limited tv stations (I know it's shallow, but no-one can be out all the time!), so a DVD player would be nice. Despite being assured that tea/coffee facilities would be in the room, they weren't available until day 2. |

Really nice hotel, the staff were excellent, very professional and helpful. Great location and good value for money. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it others. |

The location was perfect; being able to walk across the Charles Bridge before breakfast (and before all the tourist rush) was a unique experience. The reception staff were efficient and helpful; not particularly friendly, but good at their job. The breakfast buffet was very good but the coffee was a souvenir reminder of the pre-1989 Czechoslovakia regime. A decent espresso can be enjoyed in the cafe next door which is also part of the hotel. Free WiFi was much appreciated. Being an old and traditional building all bedrooms are different, so giving a general opinion may be misleading. However I would never again pay the supplement for Room 1 with its ' view of the Charles Bridge'. Yes, if you stick your head out of the window and look left, you can see it, but with its barely adequate bathroom and hard beds, I would choose the cheaper option and have a nice view of the quiet square in front of the hotel. Maybe a good idea to insist on viewing the room before accepting the key. |

Hotel was as it says.....right at the Charles Bridge. We had to walk up a dozen or so steps and we were there. |

Great location - view of charles bridge, but in a quiet, beautiful square. Room large, airy, nicely minimally furnished. Great breakfast spread. Bathroom pokey, no bath. |

location was fine - that's all I liked Noisy corridors and stairs in the night. Very hard beds. rather gloomy breakfast room. no milk for the tea - suggestion that we go next door to your restaurant and ask! |

Comfort. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Extremely firndly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the price.Rooms very clean and comfortable beds.Within easy walking distance to all amenities. I would return. |

the hotel was situated in the city of prague the staff where very friendy. the hotel was easy access to the city and was easy to find. beautiful cobbled streets outside. the only problem witht the hotel was you could hear people next door in there room and above and walking in the coridoor going up and down the stairs. they should over coffee and tea with it based on a B&B |

Good location, decent breakfast, staff not too bad. Felt safe due to reception staff monitoring access to hotel. Cleaners setting washing machines off at 8am in room next to ours (26). Very expensive for poor facilities. Bathroom too small, lot of room in main room but sparsely furnished. Rubbish TV set. Extortionately priced mini-bar. |

Perfect location in peaceful Kampa-square, 150 metres from the Charles Bridge. We had wonderful view to the river from the 3rd floor. Room was clean and pretty large, decorated using old, beautiful furniture. Comfortable bed(s), free WI-FI, safety box, electric kettle (for tea & coffee)... and buffet breakfast which made lunches reduntant. Helpful staff which knew how to smile as well (non-obvious in this town...) I've been in Prague about ten times and seen all kind of *sterling* hotels but this was definately one of it's own class. Highly recommended. We could stay only 12 nights. |
