Rooms were clean & comfortable. Some of the reception staff were lovely-one lady in particular carried a heater to my room as it was cold.

Was disappointed that the staff hadn't thought to turn my heating on before I arrived so my room was freezing for at least 10 hrs after arrival. No provision of taxi to pickup from station. I know the hotel does not have its own taxi but I had emailed ahead & they could have telephoned one to meet me at the train station as very difficult to obtain one there.

Close to the old town. Restaurant has nice setting with excellent services. Friendaly hotel staff

I wish they had double, king or queen size bed instead of twin beds placed together with a padding in the middle!

The location was great; it was close to all the important sights. The breakfast buffet was good, too. The room was very nice.

When we arrived in Olomouc, we took a City Taxi from the train station to the hotel for 80 koruna. When we asked the hotel to call City Taxi for our trip back to the station, we were asked: "Would you not prefer to use our taxi service?" So we agreed to do so. The hotel told us the fare would be about 100 koruna, but when we got to the train station, the driver asked us for 126 koruna! The City Taxi driver on arrival had even carried our luggage into the hotel. The driver recommended by the hotel waited for us to bring our luggage right up to the trunk of his car. He make no effort to help us with luggage. We have written to the hotel about this matter, but have not received a reply.

Excellent decor and very impressive internal features and facilities, almost a sense of luxury

Just one minor point, the double bed was in fact two single beds side by side with the wooden frames in between covered over with a cushioned strip of material. It didn't quite work, a proper one-surface double bed would have been much better.

The woman on reception was extremely helpful. I needed to change my flight home and she let me print off my new boarding pass on her printer.

Lack of atmosphere in the reataurant - the food is brilliant but it was completely empty the 2 nights I was there.

Apartment was spacious and well furnished. Great location, Nice building and polite staff.

Most beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of the old town. Very nice reception staff. We stayed at this hotel some five years ago and were looking forward to return.

We were very disappointed to see that the restaurant has returned to old socialist habits. A sign says it is open until midnight. My wife and I, room key in hand, came in Friday night at 22:45 asking for a beer and a snack. The head waiter, already closing, waved us away as if we were stray dogs! - For breakfast, they took great care to ensure that only the cheapest of the cheapest groceries were put on the table. Plus, we heard the head waiter scolding a waitress for having brought "too much food" to some guests having breakfast in their room!

The hotel is all renovated and the room is big and clean. The personnel is happy to help you and can speak English.

Very modern & comfortable hotel

Access , difficult to find.Although receptionist did an excellent job of guiding me in.

Hotel seems to have been recently renovated/moderised so room was very clean, modern decor and very pleasant. Good location close to the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was adequate but fairly unexceptional and unimaginative considering the price of the room.
