Excellent Hotel with very helpful staffhave very good knowledge about Brno and will find out any information you require. Rooms are big, very clean and very comfortable. High speed Wi-fi, good air conditioning, buffet breakfast is pretty standard but will set you up for the day. Location is close to city centre, 2 bus stops....however Brno is a bit sprawling and it can be difficult to find way back to Hotel in evening, take address card from reception to show to taxi driver. Lack of 24 hour manned reception and the provision of just one key for our room between 2 guests was also a small problem.

Stayed in room 001, very big, very comfortable, nice bathroom with big bath-tub for 2 people and TV in bathroom. Location very good, 10 mins walking distance to the beautiful center of Brno, good restaurant almost on the way to the main square. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There is a car-park with 3 spaces just behind the hotel, not an easy access though. Carpark is locked, but the gate and lock are not really designed for heavy duty. Other than that, there is public parking available close to hotel. For luggage drop-off it is difficult to stop in front of the hotel, you have to park on the pavement, but tires might get damaged going up to the pavement.

No way this can be a 4 * hotel - it is not as clean as you might think, Inside smells but not as parfume , the place for parking is no way a place to leave your car ( I didn t see a more unsecure parking place in my life ,is the only hotel in which we told we will pay cash but still preauthorised the card and la piece de resistence all the juices from the bar were expired with minimum 2 months ago

The receptionists were very helpful and the hotel, as the city was, was very clean.

There were no lifts, and curious curvy stairs. As our room was on the top floor (the third floor) getting to the room was a bit of a pain, especially when drunk or hungover and even more so when I kept forgetting things.

Room was large with stove but no refrigerator or utensil or plates to use it.

Everything. On a lousy dark street with construction all over the place. They make you carry bags up 2-4 flights of stairs. Desk closed at 11 pm; no one there. They lie and tell you the broken refrigerator is not broken but just a minibar to serve warm beer and coke - rediculous. No air conditioning. Parking is way in back up a road in a pasture. This place stinks to high heaven. Stay away. Booking.com ad says close to the city center but it wa over a mile's walk to get there and impossible to find your way back.

Well located hotel. The rooms were spacious

Unimpressive entrance and reception, limited breakfast, old fashioned decor, very hard bed, no international news channel.

It's luxury hostel for backpackers :). We couldnt choose better hotel for new years celebration, Hotel stuff was great, thnaks and greetings from slovenia.

A very nice hotel, professional stuff, big room, good location close to center, wine bar in the room, luxury, we reserved a room for two, and got a big room for three, because we stayed for 4 nights. Good, hard matracess.

No elevator, expired chocolates in the bar, no shampoo, the kitchen in the room is useless, absolutely no equipment. However, these are minor points, we would stay again.

The apartment - which was a special suite - was great, particularly the largest bedroom and the bathroom. The room is quite large and well decorated. The smaller room was also fine, including the bath. In general, the design and furniture of the room were also very nice and modern. The room had available (paying) good wine, chips, chocolates, etc.

Regrettably we were very unlucky. In spite that the room was perfect, we discovered at night that the bed was full of ants and we had to change rooms (only for the largest one). The new room was in a different floor and was still OK, but could not compare to the one of the apartment. A really pity. Even though, the staff was really helpful and they were very embarrased with the situation. They offered us some discount becuase of the incident.

Hotel staff. We were a stag do group of 14 and their patience with us was endless! They were always helpful and seemed genuinely interested to help and tell us the sights we should see and the places (usually bars!) that we should visit.

The price! At around £55 a night for a hotel that it little out of town it was a bit high. Having said that, it is furnished nicely and is very clean.
