Surprisingly luxurious facility in somewhat shabby area. Our room and amenities were first class. Close to town center.

Staff waited for us after 11 pm, very friendly!! Also the free parking was a great addition!

The staff is very friendly and they definitely make anyone feel welcome in the hotel. Breakfast was good too, bed was nice though it had a strange blanket... Very clean, very quiet area.

The parking of the Hotel... Jeez.. That's not a parking. That's a 4x4 track! The phone number for the 24/7 receptionist didn't worked. Luckily there was another number hiding beneath that one that worked like a charm!

Excellent staff--very helpful. It had a nice design--cool staircase--and was clean and neat. Nice to have a breakfast buffet too.

It was a bit of a walk from the city center and the train station.

Very good value for money, situated in a village 10 minutes driving from Kassel or by public transportation (RT). The owner goes out of his way to make your stay perfect.

The rooms at the front can be noisy because of the road if the windows are open.

Great staff,wonderfully furbished rooms,great location,near fine restaurants and center city.

Momentarily the Lift isn't working, but the staff said it will be done this month.

It was my second visit to the hotel. Very nice and qute - personel, lobby, rooms, location (15-20 min walking to the exact center). And of cource - the price. Big garden and park near the hotel, outstanding area, nice pubs near the hotel... I will choose the hotel again in my next visit to Brno.

Just have to be mentioned, that there is no elevator in the hotel. But this could be happened in many hotels in old bildings.

A Great place for a short city break after visiting family in a nearby town. Staff went out of their way to assist with directions and booking taxis etc. Will recommend to friends and family.

although it was in a suburb of Brno it was only a short walk into the town centre and a very pleasent one at that.

We liked the location and the cleanliness. We were given an upgrade after a horrible first night (see comment about what we did not like) and that room had airconditioning and was spacious.

Upon arrival, we were given room 103 (this is the room I rated). It was very warm and the hotel is close to a very busy street. The result is that we needed to open the window. Still hot and very noisy so we did not sleep. The next day we were given another room when we wanted to check out. That room was wonderful, but they should have offered it to us upon arrival. Also, we had two small dogs and were charged 10 euros per dog per nights. This is quite a lot.

Large and elegant room. Clean bathroom with good shower. Just a fine place to stay. Good breakfast and very helpful and professional staff.

Bohužel okna na poměrně rušnou ulici, kde byl provoz i v noci. A tvrdé matrace.
