Nice hotel in terms of design and breakfast but lack of air conditioning is big disadvantage in hot summer. It was too hot to sleep at night. Opening the window is not good idea because of the very noisy street . The fun in the room was not working. |

The staff were the best!! Buffet breakfast was a great surprise and very well prepared. I would definitely return. The CHZ people were among the nicest people I have ever met! Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad. Rooms were great and quiet. |

The room was of a good size, the bathroom modern, receptionist helpful. No tea or coffee facilities, yellow lemonade was called "juice", fresh orange juice available but diy = very messy and time consuming. Very small tv, hard matresses, not very strong light, no space in fridge, room service slow, parking not obvious, reception located at the bar where smoking is permitted. |

The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were also comfortable and the bathroom was spotless There was no lift at the hotel, which definitely one would expect to find in a 4 star hotel. There were only showers, no baths. Room 303 was not airconditioned. |

The room was large and the bed was comfortable and the decor was pretty trendy, especially in the bathroom. Staff are relatively friendly. Major Issue: The hotel is really quite remote from the town square, several long blocks from public transportation and is in a commercial area that looks pretty dodgy. There is really nothing else in the immediate vicinity of the hotel; no restaurants, shops or any other tourist amenities. Small stuff: The desk in the room was so small as to be useless; a 12" laptop did not fit on it. There was only one outlet in the room, so in order to use a notebook, one must unplug the fan; there's no aircon and no refrigerator, only a large well-stocked wine cooler. |

Close to Vila Tugendhat, easy to take bus or a slightly long walk to centre. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Mattress a bit too firm for me, but comfortable enough. Location a bit far from the main attractions. |

Had a brilliant stay. The Staff were great especially the lady on the first night we arrived. The rooms were to a high standard and the food was brilliant for breakfast. Cannot recommend this enough.... |
