Position of hotel, gay-friendly

poor breakfast, parrking faraway from hotel, we must pay extra for babycot, no lift for pram, absolutly no comfort place for families with small children, lot of noise from street

We travelled as a group of 12 guys on a stag do. Hotel Arte provided the perfect hotel for us as we could share triple rooms which made it very affordable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included (a must!) and the staff were polite and friendly. And all for £20 each a night - can't argue with that.

Hotel Arte was a bit further out of town than we could have booked but taxis are cheap and the walk wasn't to bad - prob 15mins at worst

The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and had some extra unique features - especially with the bathroom faciliites. Great breakfast and easy to get to the city centre and the outskirts where I had business.

Thumping noise of footsteps can be heard from other stories through the ceiling.

Unimpressive entrance and reception, limited breakfast, old fashioned decor, very hard bed, no international news channel.

It's luxury hostel for backpackers :). We couldnt choose better hotel for new years celebration, Hotel stuff was great, thnaks and greetings from slovenia.

Room was large with stove but no refrigerator or utensil or plates to use it.

Everything. On a lousy dark street with construction all over the place. They make you carry bags up 2-4 flights of stairs. Desk closed at 11 pm; no one there. They lie and tell you the broken refrigerator is not broken but just a minibar to serve warm beer and coke - rediculous. No air conditioning. Parking is way in back up a road in a pasture. This place stinks to high heaven. Stay away. Booking.com ad says close to the city center but it wa over a mile's walk to get there and impossible to find your way back.

We stayed in this hotel two time. It's very comfortable hotel, very friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Too small dining room, when guests in the hotel lot. There may be no empty seats.

The receptionists were very helpful and the hotel, as the city was, was very clean.

There were no lifts, and curious curvy stairs. As our room was on the top floor (the third floor) getting to the room was a bit of a pain, especially when drunk or hungover and even more so when I kept forgetting things.

Good location: next to a nice park, you can reach down town easily by tram. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Room is good & clean. Breakfast is nice. Free internet connection.

There is no a/c in the rooms. I stayed during June in this hotel & sometimes I wished that there is a/c because of the hot weather. However, at night time I opened the window & I was more than okay. Tv is small & there was only one channel but for me it did not matter. Brno is very nice city to visit.
