Breakfast, minibar, clean

The size of the room. Exceptionally good cleaning, spotless! Breakfast was fresh and plenty of everything. The coffee was great. Beds were very comfort. We did like the location, good restaurants close and only 30 min walk to the castle + close to Letna! The reception staff were very polite and helpfull. Will definitely stay once again here.

Construction works (sport hall) next door was quite noisy and disturbed our morning sleep; quite expensive hotel parking, while no alternatives to park on the street;

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good quality with wide choice for the money paid.

The shower was only an attachment to the tap and was at a low level so we were unable to shower sufficiently. The location within a building site isn't the best.

The hotel has spacious rooms and big shower. It was clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean and like a second home. The room and bathroom was large, and the bed was very comfortable. It was not far from the tram and 24hr markets. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was helpful. We will miss this hotel!

Clean, well-organized, friendly staff and 10 minutes from the city center with tram. 3 very central trams 3 minutes from the hotel.

Small hotel with helpful staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast and good location. The city center can be reached easily with pleasant walk through the green park.

The parking place can be opened only by the hotel staff.

It's clean, has good and calm location. Near the hotel are beautiful parks. Friendly hotel staff and very tasty breakfast. It was our honeymoon and they prepared a surprise for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good staff,location, parking.We travel by our car and find with hotel very comfortable and good located.

Suite very large and comfortable. Carpark accessability. Staff very helpful. Within walking distance of city - 30 minutes (but steep path/stairs home). Cheap restaurants within 500 metres.

Area appears a bit dodgy, but is OK.Located next to soccer stadium, with grafitti etc. Like a lot of Prague, rubbish on streets and overall unkempt impression. But, restaurants 2-3 streets away, in older area, with lovely parisian buildings, some presented well.

Too far from city centre and staff could be more helpsome in foreign languages.

очень уютный отель, большие комнаты. убирают хорошо, полотенца меняют каждый день, постель через день. хороший, разнообразный завтрак из холодных закусок и горячих блюд, много фруктов. можно выпить кофе на рецепшн. тихое место, остановка трамвая в 3х минутах, до города 7 минут трамваями 5 и 26. в другую сторону трамваи 1 и 25 - 10 минут до пражского града. легко добираться из аэропорта на автобусе и 2 остановки на трамвае 26. рядом с гостиницей прекрасный парк летна, где мы гуляли каждый вечер. в отеле тихо, даже несмотря на проезжающую изредка под окном электричку. рядом уютное кафе "алкимиста", о котором уже писали ниже, (кстати, спасибо за рекомендацию), с очень вкусными тортами и уютной, домашней обстановкой..

понравилось все, в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле.

Sicuramente l'albergo è bello, pulito, i bagni sono molto spaziosi, così come le camere.

E' un pò fuori dalla zona centrale, tranquillo ma un pò scomodo dover prendere sempre i mezzi per raggiungere il centro, più che altro reperire i biglietti per i tram a volte è una impresa

Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Personal bemüht, aber teilweise überfordert.

Direkt vorm Hotel befindet sich eine Metro-Baustelle (April 2013). Die Arbeiten beginnen kurz nach 7 Uhr morgens und dauern den ganzen Tag, auch am Sonntag!!! Das Personal nimmt Beschwerden darüber zur Kenntnis, tut aber nichts dagegen, nicht einmal am Sonntag. Das ist unzumutbar.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich ausserhalb. Man muss in die Stadt mindestens 20 Minuten laufen oder eben mit der Strassenbahn fahren. Ausserdem sind von allen Seiten Baustellen, egal ob man Fenster zur Strasse hat oder zum Garten. Das schlimmste aber: Wir waren mit unserem Kind (15 Monate) dort. Wir bekamen ein viel zu kleines Babybett, es war schmutzig (gelbe Flecken auf dem Netz) und es hatte keine Matraze!!! Die haben doch tatsälich nur ein ein dünnes Laken reingelegt, da hätte das Kind genauso auf dem Boden schlafen können. Ich hab mich gefragt, ob die ihr eigenes Kind in so ein Bett reingelegt hätten. Unglaublich!!! Beim Frühstück gab es nur einen Kinderstuhl und da dieser bereits besetzt war, mussten wir mit Kind auf dem Schoss frühstücken. Dann als das andere Paar fertig war, bekamen wir den Stuhl aber auch dieser war total versifft. Mit Kindern ist das Hotel nix! Die sind darauf Null vorbereitet, obwohl die doch wusste, dass zwei Paare mit Kinde gebucht hatten. Auch der Typ an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich und nicht kompetent. Ich habe dieses Hotel vor allem wegen der guten Bewertung gebucht, kann diese aber überhaupt nicht teilen. Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen, vor allem nicht Paaren mit Kind!

Staff sempre gentile. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, nonostante i lavori all'esterno, non si sente nessun rumore.
