Staff is very cooperative

The hotel has not,despite information on Booking.com,its own parking place. You have to park on street. There are big diffrence in space, view etc. between the rooms. To specify type of the room, smoking - no smoking is recomended. Rooms toward the main street are quite loud.

Very close to the train station, public transportation, and most importantly the brewery.

No wifi in the room. Had to use a wired connection.

everything was excellent in this hotel.

The room was huge and the location, if you are there to visit the brewery as we were, cannot be beat. It's only a 2 minute walk across the street. It is not as convenient to the old town, but we chose the hotel based on it's proximity to the brewery. Restaurant options in the immediate area are limited, but more can be found closer to the old town. Also, the hotel staff was great, parking was easy, and the internet connection was nice and fast.

The bed was thin and not very comfortable.

Our room was enormous with loads of clothes space so lacking in many modern hotels. Breakfast was ok with some hot food. About 5 minutes of the main rail station and with trams and trolley buses to the city centre outside the door.

We had a rear/side room which was quiet but there may be rooms at overlooking the main road which would be noisy

The location is good, just 5 minutes by walk to the city center. Lady at the reception desk was very helpful.

Cleanliness of the room was not perfect, open amenities from previous guest was in my bathroom.

This is an excellent hotel in this price bracket. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and all spoke a good English. Also, the breakfast was really good. The hotel is very well situated- close to the main railway station, and yet quiet.

Easy access to the Brewery.

This hotel is an absolute must. Variated breakfast with fruit, vegetables, bread, cornflakes. The people at the desk will help you with any question. The hotelhall itself is really quiet. Coming back to the hotel after a long festivalday is like coming home. You have space, the bathroom is pure comfort so we will definately be back nest year.

Modern room, nice furniture.

-Smoking!!!! The personel was smoking in the lobby! Therefore the whole building was smelling. It is really not nice when you walk with your kid for the breakfast and you have to go trough the lobby full of smoke. - The bedlinen was not redone, after the first night. -No tv! There is not even a single english/german speaking Channel!

Good hotel.Modern,clean,nice room and bed.Hotel staff friendly and spoke good english.Good breakfast.Station five minute walk away,old square ten minute walk.Nice bar down the road with garden,much needed very hot 30c plus in the day when we stayed in july.Would stay again if ever in Plzen.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. English spoken. I think we were the only couple in the hotel in May on our way to north east Bohemen.This was a stopover and the hotel was very comfortable. We had a kind of appartment. Bedroom and livingroom were seperate. Very close to the old beer bruwery where you have different restaurants. Breakfast was good with enough to choose from.

Our tom tom gps system did not cover Tsechie. We asked two policeman in a parked policecar the way and they drove in front of us, to the hotel. Very helpfull.

This is a small centrally located hotel opposite the Urquell brewery. We were delighted with the size and cleanliness of the room and the staff were efficeint and friendly.

One tiny dislike. The internet connection in the room is by cable. This was not compatible with my tablet. Wi-fi was available but only in the foyer.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located for the main train station and local tram stop.

I really don´t know, why this hotel has 4 stars... My rating is maximal 2 stars. But the room was clean, that´s right.
