The hotel receptionists were very helpful in answering our questions and finding information for us. Have to walk a bit to the metro which can be a bit strenous for elderly people and there is nothing to see around the hotel as it was out in the suburbs.

The staff were great, very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Breakfast was delicious and worth getting up for. The metro is only 200m up the road and quick to get into the centre of Prague, only 12 minutes. The only negative thing was the size of the room. A little squishy for 2 adults with big bags.

Though it's not really near the Old Town, but it enjoys a really good reachability. I guess there were some ventilation system problems there, since you the cigarette smell was getting into our non-smoking room.

Except for the receptionist and lady in the lady's bar, the rest of the staff that I dealt with was arrogant, unsavoury and incompetent. The elderly man in the dining room was unpleasant and an insult to tourism in Prague in general. The 1st evening I was asked to eat in the lady's bar. By the time I arrived for breakfast at 09:00, there was no longer any warm breakfast. The containers had been removed and not replaced. An unpleasant stay.

Bardzo dobry dojazd do wszystkich zabytów Pragi , metro Skalka 250 m ,a trawaj lini 22 jadący przea centrum miasta jeszcze bliżej. Fachowa miła , kompetentna obsługa zarówno recepcji jak i baru oraz restauracji . Bezpłatny parking przed hotelem a jak ktoś chce jest i płatny garaż.Szampan na przewitanie, pokój sprzątany codziennie z zmianą ręczników.Śniadania dobre każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie( ser, wędliny,serki topione,mleko,parówki, jogurty,musli,płatki, jajecznica i bardzo dobre jajka sadzone.Były też warzywa ale raczej symboliczne ,bo Czesi nie jadają warzyw do śniadania- kto tu był to wie o czym mówię.Na wypad Sylwestowy lub zwiedzanie miasta Hotel jest wart polecenia.

część pokoi 2-osobowych ma charakter apartamentów i takie dostaliśmy - wygodny pokój dzienny + sypialnia. Łazienka i WC oddzielnie co się rzadko zdarza w nawet lepszych hotelach. Nie ma problemów z bezkosztowym parkowaniem, kilka minut spacerkiem do stacji metra "Skalka" skąd w ciągu 15 minut dojeżdża się do serca Pragi . Polecamy wszystkim którzy celują w przyzwoity standard za relatywnie nieduże pieniądze

Тихая окраина Праги, но до метро пешком 5 мин, до центра (Музеум) на метро - 11 мин. Бюджетные номера небольшие. Чисто. Вайфай работал в номере, но вот в ресторане - нет. Машину можно оставить у отеля бесплатно, если места есть, или за плату в паркинге. Рядом большой аутлет, местная кольцевая и если ездить по окрестностям, то не нужно тащится на авто через город. Прямо в отеле можно поменять евро на кроны, купить билеты на метро. Отличный вариант для путешествующих на авто.

Toen we hadden geboekt, dachten we een normale kamer met douche te krijgen. Maar eenmaal daar bleek dat we een van de beste kamers hadden. We hadden namelijk een ligbad ipv een douche, een koelkastje en een van de grotere kamers van het hotel. Iedere dag konden we nieuwe handdoeken vragen en werd onze kamer netjes schoongemaakt/opgeruimd. Ook het ontbijt iedere dag was lekker en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Al met al overtrof het hotel onze verwachtingen, iets wat je vakantie dan toch extra leuk maakt!

Ottimo hotel!!! Staf gentile e cordiale che appena arrivati ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulla città e gli orari dei servizi bus, tram e metro. Stanza ampia con un salottino e pulizia ottima, inoltre l'hotel ha all'interno un bar e un ristorante. Il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti con la metro verde a 400metri dall'hotel, in 20 minuti con il tram 22 e 57(notturno) a 150 metri dall'hotel.

E' vicino alla linea Verde della Metro (si arriva nei punti di interesse senza cambiare linea). Camere grandi. Ottima colazione continentale. La struttura un po datata con moquette non da la sensazione di grande pulizia.

Metro: de A lijn op 5 min afstand van het hotel. Dagticket en drie-dagenticket te koop in het Hotel. Rustige omgeving. Net hotel met zeer gedienstig personeel. Ontbijt en maaltijden en drank zeer verzorgd en schappelijk van prijs.

Veľmi sa mi páčil milý a ochotný personál. Ďalším milým prekvapením boli bohaté a vynikajúce raňajky, ktoré by hotelu Astra mohli aj niektré štvorhviezdičkové hotely závidieť.
