The location was ajacant to the castle and numerous lovely restaurants, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, overall our stay in the three storks was most enjoyable and we would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel. Taxi driver had great difficulty finding hotel as the name Three Storks did not appear over the entrance or anywhere on the building, After driving around several times he eventually saw the Three Storks Logo |

The hotel is situated near the Castle and close to the bridge. Good location and relatively quiet. Size of room is ok. Transportation from the airport to the hotel costs 650 cz crowns, something around 25Euros, so take this as possitive or negative...the decision is yours Nowhere near 5 star. I would say a good 3 stars. Room was dairty, cobweb on the cailing and walls, dust all around and under the bed, they never changed the bed-sheets unless u stay in the room and ask them to do, they never replaced the shampoo or lotions etc. The breakfast was very poor. Eggs, omelet, bacon and sausages in very small portions, some cheese and ham. Just the basics. Not to mention the attitude of the hotel-staff. If you don't tip them, they behave like you owe them money. Here is an example. We had dinner in the hotel, the food was average and the waiter ASKED for a tip, cause he said the service was good, in a way I was thinking to punch him.Hotel-staff, have a stay to a real 5STAR hotel to see what 5 stars means |

What a beautiful room. Large, quiet, luxurious and warm. The use of light is also worth mentioning. It said a room with a view. On the third floor you have to stand to to see the view;-) |

- The location of the hotel was perfect. - Friendly reception staff with a very good English. - Nice designer rooms. - NOTE: however be aware that some rooms are located "indoor" and therefore doesn't have access to fresh air/outdoor windows. We asked to be transferred to another room on this ground, which was indulged. Our second room was perfect. The breakfast was "standard" a somewhat disappointing. All in all the hotel should consider "downgrading" to 3 or 4 stars. |

Very comfortable, big room. Enough space to hang out and let our kid play during rainy time. Free internet On our first breakfast, they actually ran out of coffee 10 minutes before breakfast closed. This should not happen in a 5 star hotel. |

Good location, it's modern, confortable and cozy. The room cleaning forgot to perform its task for one day during our stay; Maybe its value for the money isn't more than "reasonable". |

The rooms are beautiful and very big. Also very good value for money. The food in the restaurant was poor, expensive and very small portions. |

The deluxe rooms are in a modern design and very spacious, the hotel is only a couple of minutes away from the carls bridge, valet parking for Eur.20,- a day is reasonable compared to the other hotels in Praque Only ten international tv channels, shower wasnt hot, airco wasnt strong enough for a room of that size |

The room I got *finally* was fabulous. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.Location was wonderful. Take note that it is not a standard hotel. It is rather a small building with lots of rooms built around a central elevator shaft. At first, they gave me a single "room", which was very small, no wireless and very unpleasant. I showed them the reservation, in which the bed size was specified, and they changed the room right away. Room 27 is not a 5 star hotel room. The other room I was moved to was great and I would recommend it to anyone. |

A beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff, clean design rooms and perfect location (central but away from the big tourist crowds). They offer a lot of choice for breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. We surely would stay in this hotel again! |

The room was beautiful. The location was also great. It was right near the Charles bridge, as well as many other attractions. It is also peaceful at night. It is not in a tourist trap neighborhood, but there are great restaurants around. The bathrooms were also great. The air conditioning was not very strong. In addition every room is a smoking room, which we were not told until we go there. The non smoking rooms are just "lightly" smoked in, which makes no sense. The staff feels like they are helping because they have to not because they want to. They do not seem to really know many things about Prague outside of the tours they get money to book you on. |

Quiet area but very central; Great design & very pleasing environment; staff very helpful; Compact hotel. Constant buzzing noise in the room that was a nuisance during the night - probably coming from some electrics around the closet - room 28 |

Very large modern room If staying at the front of the hotel, the bedroom is facing the square and is noisy if windows are open |
