Nice and helpful staff, good room quality
A little too noisy
Great staff Adám and the rest were really kind! It was our anniversary and they Have us an upgrade. The Room and view were beautiful. And if thats not enough great breakfast and location!! Highly recommended
Difficult to find at breakfast staff to order an omelette or have fruit etc. replenished.
We had a wonderful stay the first week in August at the Three Storks, Prague. The breakfast was great, the service was fantastic and the staff always had helpful suggestions for our day. Everything is within walking distance. This was a great choice thus far of our all travelings we had in the past year!
There's absolutely nothing that my wife and I didn't like. We loved everything in Prague! Cannot wait to go back again!
The room was contemporary and super comfortable! Actually liked it better than intercontinental where we had stayed 2 nights before moving to three storks.
The breakfast is OK , could have been a lot better with slightly fresher bread and more variety. The area as around the hotel is not very happening but its OK only a short walk from Charles bridge
friendly welcoming staff, interesting location with great churches, restaurants and antique shops, a close walk to the metro, very close to explore Prague castle precinct, great breakfast buffet
loft rooms do not match the picture or expectations of the rooms shown on the booking site
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but really nice and comfortable. Located in a great spot close to the castle, charles bridge, and the park. Wifi was fast and free.
Breakfast was just ok for me but still good.
The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing. Front desk staff is very helpful.
Front of hotel facade is not attractive. It doesn't look like a hotel (5-star hotel!).
It's the people who work at the hotel who make it - the reception staff were simply excellent and all the staff gave the place a happy vibe - giving a smile willingly, reassurance, directions etc. Thank you for this. The building was full of character with a brilliant blend of the old and the new.
Just a little too off the beaten track for us - we spent a fortune in taxis although to be fair there is a tram system but as we only had two nights - we didn't get to grips with the public transport system until the last day which was too late. If you are spending longer at the 3 storks you would probably get the hang of the tram and bus system.
The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome! The front staff is very helpful any time of the day.
The facade didn't look like a 5-star hotel; it was easy to miss.
We loved this hotel! The historic building has flair, with beautiful stone floors and arched ceiling. We enjoyed a huge Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with view to the castle. The room was beautifully furnished, a welcome-bottle of wine awaited us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered everything we wanted. We highly recommend the pastries! ;-) Parking was directly in front of the hotel.
Incredible location - you couldn't get much better Friendly staff - super helpful Very comfortable Great facilities
Nothing really! Little pricey but I think you're paying for the amazing location.
The staff was very pleasent and kind. The breakfast was rich. The location very close to the bridge.
As 5 stars hotel you would expect Few things which were missing Room service and food available 24 hours, we called at 22:00 and the kitchen was closed. Not enough space in the bathroom. The promised queen bed appeared as two separated mattress.
Nice large room
Everything from comfy room to very professional staff, will return again and recommending to everyone!
Good location. If you injoy running there is a great uphill path leading to a park on Mala Strana. Reach breakfast buffet.
Staff will try to force you into complementary services of related companies i.e. taxi, which are more expensive. Four stars, but no fitness, no sauna
Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Charles Bridge. The sound proofing is excellent, air conditioning works perfectly well. The room is spacious, all amenities are present. The breakfast is great, if a little too standard. Guest parking is available in front of the hotel, albeit at a steep price. Friendly, helpful staff.
Not having a bathtub in a five star hotel is... unexpected.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Keen to be helpful.
Very friendly welcome by the hotel staff. Lots of useful information given at check in. The location is excellent and walking distance to all the main sights and more. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the cumin and salt bread is fantastic! The hotel is very clean and is light and airy. I found the decor and general finish of the hotel and my room to be of a high standard. I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel particularly late at night.
My room was extremely small although it was clean, tidy and functional, however the AC was not working. It was expensive for the size and I feel that if solo travelers are expected to take rooms no bigger than a box room, then we should not have to pay the price of a double room. This is not a specific complaint against The Three Storks but all hotels in general - it seems to be hotel industry standard. I would definitely stay here again but next time I would ask for a larger room.
great location, relaxed atmosphere , lovely character.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Bedroom was modern and a decent size with sitting area. The hotel was well situated for exploring. We ate in the hotel restaurant our first night and it was good food at a very reasonable price. Minibar (in room) prices reasonable as well. An enjoyable stay.
Not a lot.
Very stylish and comfortable hotel on a nice peaceful location close to main attractions. Modern facilities and quiet room. Excellent staff made us feel welcome.
The décor, spaciousness and toilet facilities in the room. We were very tempted to day for another day.
Nothing we don't like.
5 minutes away of Charles bridge Good value for money
