Everything was great! The stuff, service, our spacious stylish room (with timber ceiling with woodcarving), friendly and helpful receptionists (who helped us book a walking tour and rent a car).

Choice of breakfast food was rather poor, but I guess, this is the only tiny drawback. Everything else was awesome!

Everything is very good, especcialy the friendly staff, hotel enterior and position, off-street parking. Simply put everything in its place.

The room was so nice and confortable. The situation, few blocks from everything. The staff very helpfull.

We loved 3 storks. Our room was spacious and furnished to a high quality. The location was perfect, easy reach of everything.

When asked about local sights and restaurants some desk staff were misleading in that they pushed big all inclusive tours to alternative places, which were not actually to the places we'd asked about or for directions to.

It is not a five star hotel.

At first, location is great ! It is really near Praha castle and bridge and also old city .. Our room has a good view as well we can see Praha castle. I was staying with my mom and brother, my mother is picky lady but she loved to stay this hotel. It was warm clean and spacious and the interior was splendid, and the staff was really friendly and helpful to our trip.This hotel also provide change without commission. The breakfast was buffet and there are various food (cold and hot food.) we also have a dinner in restaurant and It was also really great and reasonable price. Praha was our last destination in Europe and with this hotel we enjoyed a lot.

Breakfast, they gave us a room before formal check-in time only after we agreed to pay for an upgrade (moreover, this was not reflected in the final receipt, so I assume the receptionist just put the money in her pocket)

Perfect location. Parking in front of the hotel. Nice historic building.The lady Michaela at the reception was absolutely gorgeus. I´ve asked for a quiet room on a higher floor and I´ve been upgraded into a beautiful apartment with the lovely view. Appreciate.Also the restaurant was pretty tasty and the gentleman serving us did a great job. its not the five star hotel, but its worth the money.

Very nice location, ideal for quite staying and at the same time close to the main sightseeings

Almost all the rooms have NO bath, only shower-cabins, only 2 standard rooms have baths. In 5 star hotel you should have penoirs and sleepers in all the rooms, not only in deluxe rooms. The room #16 had no heeting, it was very cold, we moved to #18 (with a BATH). The strange thing was that there is a passage from Reception to the Elevator which is very COLD, it is located under the glass roof, it is not very comfortable when you leave the room to get down to breakfast, you should definitely wear some warm clothes. The breakfast area is also very COLD, and the assortment is far from the level of a 5 star hotel.

Staff was awesome complimentary wine upon arrival. Excellent breakfast buffet. Best parking. Free wifi. Spacious rooms.

The receptionist overcharged us for getting us all inclusive trip around Prague. She kept 300 czk for herself.

Very friendly and helpfull staff (showing an effort in the guests making a visit to Prague simply great), good food (also delivered to the rooms) for a good price, had a complementary bottle of wine. Rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable. And very secure (lots of police around, as it is next to the office of the parliamnet!).

Many different lamps and lumination systems; took me a while to figure out how it all worked...

Maybe the only criticism would be, because of the wooden floors you can hear footsteps overhead.

Can't beat the location. We had a view of the castle out our front window. Also, the breakfast was included and quite good.

Great location, only a short stroll up to the Castle and across to Charles Bridge. Quiet hotel but with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is lovely too.
