The 14 century gothic building is placed exactly in the centre of Prague near the Charles square on nice and calm street. It was readjusted / renovated from very old house with magic history. House alternation was done 1.4.2006 and hotel has been opened. Hotel Athena Palace is very close to public transport and all sights of Prague such as mentioned Wensceslav square, National Museum, Old Town square, etc. But not only them we are in walking distance from shoping areas, casinos, restaurants, pubs and clubs, Congress centre and many others.

I asked for the garage place while making booking, however when i arrived there was no parking place available and i was sent to another hotel parking lot.

Good location and friendly staff. The room has a good size and they have a big and comfortable. They have a good breakfast too.

The towels were quite old and scratchy and the room was quite noise (bad luck for me that stayed in a room with windows turned to the main street). The room was clean but I was quite surprised to find a big spider on the bed during the night.

It was a wonderful hotel. The staff was very helpful, the room was small but clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

You can hear everything throug the wall so the street noise was loud.

Accessibility to City and quiet 'old quarter' location.

The lack of an elevator/lift was the only negative. The many steps could be a problem for older guests.

the place was worthy of the failrly cheap price. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. There was nothing extra like good shampoos or proper orange juice on breakfast but I was not expecting that with the money I was paying.
