The check in was extremely efficient, plus I didn't ask for a baby cot, but commeneted we were bringin our baby and a cot was waiting for us on the room. The price was amazing for the location. |

Very handy for central Prague and the tram stopped outside the hotel. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. |

Location, helpful staff, close to restaurants,bars, shops, Republika bar opposite for good food,music. Rooms a bit tired, hard bed but ok for a few nights. Bar closed at 23:00 even for residents, but that may have been due to licensing laws. |

The staff was amazing, I had a pressing issue come up while I was staying at the Atlantic on Holiday last week, and the staff at the Atlantic helped me print and scan some very important information. They were extremely busy already checking people out for the day, but they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much! I feel as if you should check ID's before handing the room keys over to customers as they walk in the door. It would be a good safety precaution. |

The hotel is in the heart of the city. The second floor is said to be completely non smoking. but it was not. The next room mates smoked a lot. The hotel management was not able to do anything. There is free internet pc at the ground floor. But it was not possible to get any print-outs. |

The staff were very helpful, the parking was on site behind a gated fence. The room was great, high ceilings and a foyer! The bathroom was modern clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and it was included with the room price. When we booked a show we were not informed that if we didn't pay for it in cash with czech koruna's we would have to pay an 8% commission for the currency exchange from Euro's, and I was informed that they only accepted cash. I should have left and withdrawn some koruna's from a nearby ATM but I didn't have the time. I got stung, but otherwise a nice hotel. |
