Very close to town centre, good decor and a good breakfast. The hotel has lots of different nationalities staying there and some do not appear to be friendly on first meeting. |

Overall nice hotel in a good location. It was hard to get there by car. I should have been given very detailed driving directions to the Hotel. Staff at the SPA were not very helpful with poor English and unkind attitude. |

The tram stop was just around the corner. Breakfast was good. It is more like a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin. |

The room was too hot at night (early July) and the air conditioning didn't work. The shower rail was positioned too low, so you couldn't stand under it. The room was decorated in a fussy, ornate manner - a little kitschy with dried flowers and pictures all over the wall. The TV didn't work well, and there was only one English channel. The breakfast staff turned the lights off in the room promptly at 10 am, and started to clear away dishes - not the kind of thing I appreciate in a four-star hotel, especially at the weekend. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. |

Beautiful hotel - very well taken care of. Concierge was helpful. They offered a convenient parking option. The main restaurant was closed to us for some reason (other people were eating there however). They offered dinner in a dingy, dark, and smoky basement tavern -- we were surprised that such a nice hotel had such poor dining facilities. |

In centrum gelegen, schoon hotel. Airco deed het niet. Waardeloze douche (zittend in bad douchen; waarom de douche niet hoger gemonteerd?!!). Ik had het idee dat men mij een onvoordelige wisselkoers gaf. |

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter le centre ville (près de Vridelni Kolonada), propre et calme. Déco kitch à souhait ! (grands rideaux à fleurs, lustres 1970...). Personnel de l'accueil sympathique Personnel du restaurant ne maîtrisant pas l'anglais de base (grande bouteille, eau plate, déssert...) : clientèle essentiellement russe et allemande, d'âge mûr. Penser à s'entendre sur le prix de la course du taxi au retour (450 kc jusqu'à la gare des bus, contre 200 kc à l'aller...) même si le chauffeur argumente qu'il s'agit d'un taxi marqué Aura Palace. Pas d'ordinateur en libre service (check-in du vol...) |

La ubicacion pòr estar proximo al Centro de la ciudad y el desayuno muy bueno La ubicación del parking y como llegar a el es muy complicado y el personal no habla ingles ni colabora para paliar el problema ya que parte de la calle del hotel está prohibido el acceso |

La décoration intérieure, la gentillesse de la réception, les activités proposées...etc Hotel très difficile à trouver (au fond de la vallée). Le personnel rencontré au spa ne parlait pas anglais. |

Die Einrichtung, das Angebot an Behandlungen, die Lage... Sehr viele Russen die das Büffe im 0,nix leer geräumt haben, es wurden auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt obwolh wir nicht zu spät da waren. Es war nicht immer ein Platz im Restaurant zu finden obwohl wir mit Vollpension gebucht haben. An beide Abende war Haufpgericht gleich (nur gewechselt zwischen Pommes und Kartoffel) Trotzdem alles nicht so tragisch.... |

De rust en kalmte in het hotel was zeker te aprecieren. De keuze van de maaltijden was meer dan voldoende. Enkele van de medewerkers in het welness gedeelte van het hotel waren niet zeer vriendelijk, misschien leek dit zo omdat wij hun taal niet spraken en zij geen vreemde taal machtig waren. |
