Location was ok but a good 30 minute walk from the old town and Wenceslas square

Accommodation was very basic, secure courtyard setting but ancient tiny portable TV set and very basic room design. Probably better suited to families.

Extremely clean and efficient. Breakfast basket delivered every day to your door. Change of towels and a maid service every day. Highly recommended.

The tv was not working well, but not a big problem since we weren't there to watch tv.

Two adult suite was plenty room for two adults and two children, or three children if you have a crib/pack and play for the youngest (or the oldest sleeps in a sleeping bag on the ground). Location near tram stop, 10min into downtown. Very secure parking area. Breakfast was ok, but brought to your room which is nice.

The staff was very helpful & present 24 hours. The room was spacious, clean & ideal for city trip. The tram stop is just next to hotel & accessible to all attractions in city. Would definetly stay again

the old furnitures make a bit smell the breakfast is not optional the blanket is to shallow so it is not good for cold weather the heating is off and only on in the morning when you want to leave the hotel

the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is very well located. 1 minute from a tram and it is possible to get to the city center on foot. Every morning we had breakfast which was very good. Delivery was on time for lunch. The room was clean and it was possible to be cleaned every day.

staff at the reception often changed so it sometimes happened that there have been some confusion in our inquiries. I think the message does not pass between the staff at the reception.

I really love in Aparthotel Austria Suites. Cute room, good location for public transport (both of bus station;15 minutes, and subway; 5 minutes by walk). Simply breakfast but friendly price :]

The heater doesn't work as well in winter so that I stayed cold all the time.

The receptionist at Austria palace on the day I checked in was extremely rude. I think better courtesy is extended at student hostels. The other receptionists were much better.

The location is excellent. The room was clean and prepared. It was easy to find the hotel. Also we slept weel since there was no noise at all from outside. Our car couldn't fit the garage due to the ski box on the roof and we were kindly offerred to park in the courtyard.

As I said in general the hotel was good however my husband got poisened by the jougurt he took from the fridge. A friend of mine noticed the mold inside and didn't eat but my husband didn't notice. As a result he had a bad fever and food poisining. Thanks God I had medicine and he recoveered quickly. I would recommend to check the food the guest taks from the fridge.

Breakfest is very pool - ham, cheese, yogurt, bread. No hot food.

Great location, clean spacious apartment, very quiet and safe (building is in a courtyard with key access only)

Check-in has to be done in a different hotel around the corner, wifi not working, pillows are very old and battered, no shower curtain in the bathroom which means a small flood every time you shower, breakfast very basic and with cheap products but served in the room which makes it very convenient

Large rooms, very clean. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town and Prague Castle. Also, public transport stations are very close (tram in front of the hotel, metro at a 5 min walk). There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel.

No WiFi signal in the room (3rd floor).

Excellent shower, breakfast and security. Good location for city and airport. Quiet location

The staff were all wonderful. They were extremely helpful and courteous. They spoke english and booked tours and exchanged money. I loved that they delivered breakfast to our room each morning at the time we specified. It was right on the Tram line and within 3 blocks of the Metro. It was a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great thing to have your own apartment in Prague for a weekend... We booked a triple room and there is nothing more you can possibly want for 17euro/night... Independence, comfort and within walking distance (15minutes) of Charles Bridge! I see some people complaining about breakfast... I can understand that if you are used to regular hotel breakfast this might seem too little.. But for ourselves (being young and having gone out every night) it was actually an advantage to get breakfast sent to our room and then eat it whenever we felt like it not having to wake up at 8 or whatever.... Will definitely book with them again soon!

Maybe (and this is just to put something) the fact that the check-in/out has to be done in the Hotel next door... Bit strange, but really... Nothing annoying....

Friendly staff. The rooms are located in inner building, therefore they are very quiet. The rooms are also very lighty and comparing to regular hotel rooms, these rooms are huge. The bathroom is very solid. Every morning comes fresh breakfast to your room at desired time. The most important advantage is the location of the hotel. If you are coming from the old town also during the night, you can get to the hotel within 20-25 minutes by feet. Very good connection to go with subway or tram. One shopping mall 100 metres away and plenty of restaurants within very close distance.

Senselessly expensive parking at the hotel's parking lot, taking in consideration that parking in streets arround is for free. The rooms have a really small TVs, where the screen is a size of a 14 inch notebook. As I mentioned above the room is big, therefore much much larger TV is required for this kind of space. Certain parts of the TV are are completely "used" in terms of colour. Then the screen appears green at certain parts.

Good localization (5 min from metro B, and 2min from tram). Huge room for a couple (with bathroom and cooking anex). Well equipped rooms (kettle, cups, hairdrayer, towels).Silent. Quite an excelent hotel for a brake between all day citytours.

The Wifi signal was extremely poor. The reception speak minimal English. The carpets were stained, for sure were not cleaned for a long time.

English talking staff, free breakfast, comfy room and beds. The greatest thing probably is the location, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Parking is also great (underground parking lot) though the way getting out is a little bit weird.

As I told, the way getting out of the parking lot is weird. Sometimes at night there are people dragging trash cans and you can gear them which woke us up in the night.

Room is spacious! Fit for family. And with all necessary furnitures and facility. Location is good, very close to tram station. And one more important thing is, it's very near to subway station Andel, where is Student Agency Na Knížecí located.

You may need to check-in at another hotel (I forgot the name) around the corner; a little bit inconvenient.

Spacious room, good security and convenient location to public transport and shops. Breakfast was very generous.

One of the main reasons we chose aparthotel because it offered free wi- fi in its online website but when we got there,the signal in our room was extremely poor and kept disconnecting.We rang reception about it but was told 'its not my job'.The receptionist in their sister hotel was very helpful though and let us use the pc in their hotel.All in all,it was a very average stay.

Second time of staying and just as excellent as before
