The lady at check-in didn't speak any English and only very limited russian and german. The guy at check-out didn't know how to charge a credit card (was referring to manual, then charging cash) check-out took more than 30 min! The hotel was definitely not 4-stars: yes, large rooms, but paint was already falling of the ceiling in the bathroom. Only one drink in the mini-bar for a double room, etc. |
