Close to the main attractions in Prague so good for a short stay.
The staff was the BEST. Both the day & night staff were extremely helpful in giving advice on sights and dining. Breakfast was very good. Furnishings were simple but very adequate. We had a top floor room with a skylight which was very nice. Our internet connection was very good. Has an elevator . . Small but functional.
Location Staff very friendly and helpful Good breakfast
The owner and the staff are always responsive，and help guests have very nice experience in the city.
Staff has great service mind.
The man that runs the hotel is nice and accomodating.
staff attitude, 2 min from metro, very clean, nice jams for breakfast
there were no slippers and shampoo in the room
The staff were friendly but then I spoke a little Czech which helps. There are usually lots of English people staying there so you have some chance of familiarity with other residents/travellers. I just booked the place as it was cheap and I was desperate. But I would stay again if I really really had no choice and Id missed my train which is why I stayed there in the first place. There is a strip club opposite so I wouldn't stay there with kids!
The hotel is typical old czech style; slightly run down, ancient scary lifts, bits falling off here and there (shelves or bathroom hangers or the shower head holder). You only get a small cheap bar of soap in the bathroom so take your own shampoos and shower gels.
The accomadation and the location suited our needs for our one night stay.
huge room, almost three times as big as some of the hotels i stayed in, and really nice and helpful staff, besides staying in an apartment building actually makes you kinda feel like a local
a little bit hard to find, and the uphill and stairs are not so friendly to suitcases
The hotel is nicely placed away from the noise and crowds but within a 10 minute walk of the action. The room was large, clean and quiet. The hotel is interesting and felt relaxed and safe. There is WIFI but not in all the rooms. Breakfast was good. More like a hostel than a hotel but worth the money. If you have a car go for the parking inclusive deal.
The tiny lift to the forth floor. Couldn't get WIFI in the room. The gentleman's/pole dancing club opposite (although we saw and heard nothing) is a little off putting. There is an underpass to go through on the way to town that is a little intimidating (although, again, we had no problems).
The helpful staff and availability of a mini bar at the desk . The rooms are a nice size . Good breakfast facilities that you can use yourself .
Because its a traditional style building there is no air conditioning . However the large velux windows in the roof make up for this.
Lovely hotel very near the station and in good walking distance to town centre. Friendly helpful staff , lovely breakfast included , nice room with the most comfortable bed ever had an amazing sleep would definitely recommend.
Excellent receptionist on the night shift, really helped me a lot, always serves customers with genuine smile. Good location.
You need to climb some stairs before you get to the lift.
Price, yummy breakfast, clean, staff super friendly, wifi in room and computer in lobby to use, close to train station, city center walking distance
No air-conditioning (but okay on days we were there), slightly confusing to find at first as it's a few stories up in an apt building
Everything, especially our host David who was friendly and helpful. He even gave us a ride to the train station! Thanks so much.
Staff was very friendly. Beds were new and very comfortable. Very quiet place. Breakfast was good.
Building is old but with renewed rooms and bathrooms.
It was nice to stay for the price
Every thing ok.
Service is the best.
Helpful friendly owner with good English. Excellent packed breakfast. Proximity to HLN (main station). Price. Tram stops outside.
Access from the main station is poor. Google Maps shows a route that takes at least 30-35 minutes to walk - more if you are unsure as not all roads have names visible. The shorter route takes 10 minutes but via a poor narrow footpath. It is not really a hotel, more an apartment block with a few B & B rooms on the very top floors. As such it blends into the street and is not easy to locate - you need to look for number 26. Even the people in the bar directly opposite didn't know it was there and directed me somewhere else!
The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast room is very specious.
The hotel is a bit far from the main train station.
Location.large, spotless room.friendly staff. Man assisted us with luggage.
The stairs up to lift then again up to reception. Not suitable for seniors or those with limited mobility. Some noise from nightclub opposite. Limited breakfast.
Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Substantial breakfast was included. Site was convenient to train station and to city attractions.
Breakfast, location, staff was helpful and friendly, specially the girls who work more directly with the guests.
Although the bedroom was confortable with clean linen and the staff changed towels regularly, the pension has a weird standard of cleanness concerning the bathroom. I had also problems with noise made by other guests, however the staff couldn't make anything to sort it out. In fact, I assume there was nobody in the reception to take control of the whole situation.
The furnishings and decor were pleasing.
This was the first hotel I ever stayed at that did not at least furnish soap in the bath. There was a lot of noise from comming from the common area of the hotel. My ipad would not connect to wifi. The breakfast was inferior.
