Hotel ma dobre umiestnenie, ale chybalo nam v dostatocnom predstihu znacenie-smerovanie k hotelu na komunikacii Trieda T. Bati, ako aj v blizkosti hotela ( Dlouha ul.) Prichadzali sme autom bez navigacie, orientovali sme sa podla mapovej orientacie uverejnenej na webstranke hotela ( mohla by byt podrobnejsia ). Mesto Zlin sme navstivili prvy krat. Na uroven 5hviezdickoveho hotela sme ocakavali vacsiu ponuku restauracie pri ranajkach.

Het kan bezwaarlijk positief genoemd worden, als de eerste woorden van de receptie zijn 'dat er morgenvroeg vanaf 7H30 geen licht/electriciteit zal zijn vanwege werken in uitvoering'...?! Als er een onderbreking is van electriciteit, kan men, neen, moet men beter plannen en ervoor zorgen dat de reiziger niet gehinderd wordt ( tussen check out van vertrekkenden en check in time van de nieuwe gasten).
