The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed, duvet and feather pillows were comfortable. The attitude of the staff was not completely helpful. The night concierge was unable to find extra teabags for our room after 11pm when the bar was closed, and told us she would have to charge for them if she could find them. The breakfast staff were not very helpful, especially when the end of serving time approached. |

The hotel staff was very friendly. They say they have air conditioning but only my room out of 3 in our group actually had it. |

The Hotel was quiet, clean and the staff spoke English very well. They also pre-arranged our taxi trip to and from the airport. The beds were also comfortable. Air conditioning would have been a plus. |

The Hotel staff were very friendly especially Chris, who was of great help with advice on what to see. The Hotel was very central, only a 5 minute walk away from Old Town square. It was immaculately clean and the facilities were very good. The staff kindly organized taxi's to and from the airport and rang me in UK prior to the trip to offer this. The lifts were broken most of the time we were there, and one of our friends has a problem with arthritis, so it was difficult for her. We were a party of 3 mature couplesand 2 mature female friends. There was no hot breakfast. Although the previous reviews raved about the breakfast, it was limited to mainly rolls and cold meats and cheeses. |

The location of the hotel is wonderfull, about 5min walk for the old town square. Another advantage of the hotel is the stuff, most of them are very helpfull. Finally, the rooms on the 5th floor are in a attic, which is beautifull and very romantic. Maybe, some of the stuff could be more helpfull about the information for entertainment (live jazz bar etc) |

The hotel is located on a very quiet street in the Jewish Quarter and an easy 10 minute walk to Old Town. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. |

Good location, in the middle of the jewish quarter (Josephov), very quiet and nice place. 5 min walk from the old town square. Nice people (discret and helpful). Beware! Rooms are absolutely not soundproof! You hear every little moove your neighbours is doing, you can follow their whole conversations. At night it becomes unbearable! Guests in the corridor speak loudly and the sound comes through the room door just like through a piece of paper. I and my girlfriend could not sleep at all! |

All receptionists and the porter were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was well situated, only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and close to the river on the other side. There were some very good restaurants on the way to the old town. |

The Bellagio is in a very central location, in the Jewish district of Old Town, a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and still close to the Charles Bridge. Its out of the hussle and bussle but still very much central. The hotel itself is clean and well presented, modern yet traditional. We managed to get a very reasonable deal through booking. We booked the room as a luxury double advanced payment deal. However when we arrived we discovered that there is in fact no luxury rooms, only standard doubles and one suite. We were in a standard double which was a lovely room but not the luxury lodgings we had been anticipating. We were also promised complimentary champagne which we did not receive. I felt the booking information was misleading. |

This hotel is situated in the city centre and is part of the 14th century palace area of Prague, close to the celebrated Charles Bridge. |
