- 1) I had read at the web site that the hotel should have all rooms with wooden floor, which was the reason for choosing this hotel, because of asthma. This was not true! The first thing I noticed, when opening the door of the room, was a broadloom carpet on the floor. - 2) The lamps in the toilet and the bathroom was automaticly put on/cut off (no switcher), which meant that when one was standing in the shower, it suddenly got dark and you had to open the door of the shower-cabin to wave with the arm ! - 3) One has to pay a price (90 CZK per day) to use the safebox in the room and 20 CZK to keep ones luggage in a special room at the hotel, after checking out. Will I put up at this hotel again, when coming to Prague next time: NO!

Nice welcoming person at Reception desk. Garage facilities available. Clean room on both occasions. Possibility to make tea/coffee in own room. Breakfast- plentiful, with good choices.

A pity that there was no bbc World news channel avalable on tv in room.

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and the location is great for us - walking distance of the Tipsport Arena and easy to reach the city centre by tram or underground. Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant staff,

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times and have unfortunately noticed that certain aspects of this hotel have deteriorated. Firstly, we were originally put in a room right next door to the hall in which there was a party on the night we arrived. We complained and were allocated a (much smaller) alternative room which was better. We could still hear the noise of the party until well after midnight but this was not as bad as being located right next to it. This is the second time we have had to move our room in this hotel due to noise from a party. We do not mind parties but, could hotel management please finally realise that, if you have a party on that night, please do not put guests who are not attending the party in the rooms close by. This is especially so as we stayed during an off peak period when there were plenty of other rooms. Secondly, we noticed that the (previously excellent) breakfast was not of the same quality. Food and drink were not being topped up as often as before - we often had to wait a long time for the coffee to drip out of the urn because there was very little in there. Also the cooked breakfasts were not kept as warm as before. They were often cold by the time we got back to our table. The breakfast room was also very much on the cold side this year, making the problem with cold food more obvious.

I had there all I needed – clean rooms, helpful staff speaking English, good location close to the main places of interest and rich buffet breakfast. What I found very useful was the free Wi-Fi in the lobby, the connection and speed were very acceptable. Thank you! :)

Need ice machines

Nonostante le enormi difficoltà strutturali hanno cercato di aiutarmi, ma l'esperienza è stata molto negativa.

Non è hotel a 4 stelle.Colazione scarsa,camere molto piccole, tv piccola come un netbook con 10 canali, solo 1 in inglese, gli altri in russo o ceco! Materassi molto scomodi, da campeggio, che dopo molte insistenze hanno cambiato. Coperte cortissime che arrivano all'ombelico, spacciate per standard, ma non è assolutamente vero. Esperienza ko

Il garage è troppo caro, manca il bidè non c'è la doccia ma solo la vasca.

vzhledem k faktu, že se hotel prezentuje jako 4* očekávala bych čistější sociální zařízení (rez, vodní kámen aj.), sociální zázemí se jeví jako zastaralé, bohatost snídaně a množstí nabízeného opět nekoresponduje s 4* hotelem

Čistota, komfort, klid, dostupnost do centra, příjemný personál.

Malý výběr snídaní, neútulné stolování - velká hala. Málý prostor v garáži na parkování.

Confort de la chambre (lit).

L'absence d'échange avec le personnel de l'hôtel qui ne parlait pour certain que "Tchèque" et pas anglais.

Mily personal. Dobre jidlo.

Velmi velmi maly pokoj. Velikosti byl jednoluzkovy. Oproti nabytku v pokoji byl ten koupelnovy zastaraly. Nefungovaly ventilatory na toalete a v koupelne.

Byliśmy miło zaskoczeni pokojem jaki dostaliśmy. Poprosiliśmy o ładny i cichy pokój ze względu na rocznice naszego ślubu, którą obchodziliśmy w czasie pobytu. Dostaliśmy duży 3 osobowy pokój na piętrze executive w całkiem dobrej cenie.

Brak miejsc parkingowych jest dużym minusem. Hotel ma co prawda kilka miejsc ale są one płatne 18 EUR za dzień. W okolicach hotelu są ulice przy których nie można parkować lub można za opłatą (8-18, pon-pt), ale miejsce w tej płatnej strefie ciężko jest znaleźć,
