I stay Many Times at the Belvedere, it Has never let me down, the Staff are always Great, friendly and helpfull, rooms are Great, big, spacious, large będą, all have Nathan tub as well as shower, a few minutes walk from Letna park, whefd you can walk across the park to Prague Castle, old Town Square, Sparta Prague, is 5 minutes walk away, Stromovka park, Irish Club, and tram stop outside
There was Nothing that i could complain about
Too many things. Let's start with us entering the room noticing unwashed cups on the table and rubbish bins that were not cleared. There was also no floor mat in the shower room and a used soap was found on the basin. The room is also small! Definitely hate the toilet bowl!!! We couldn't even poop properly because the design was so bad that all your s**t just stay there, not being flushed away properly! Plus, we as guests have to follow the housekeeper's cleaning time! She came knocking on our door when we were getting ready to go out. So, we told her to come back half an hour later. Not being able to speak English, she had to get her manager to tell us that she will come back in 20 minutes! Worse thing is, the manager told us (guests) to get ready by 20 minutes as the cleaner will be coming back then! All in all, terrible staff in a terrible hotel.
toilet did not flush properly
wifi reception isn't great throughout the building
The hotel is 5 mins on tram from the centre. The Japanese restaurant is quite good there r others near by Chinese, Italian, chez. The hotel is of good standard and the breakfast buffet is ok plenty to choose from. Rooms r cleaned every day. The staff r very helpful and friendly. Will stop again when I come back.
no power sockets! all power sockets hidden and need to unplug light to get AC. Bad sound isolation, you hear people walking all the time
The location was ok. Wifi was very reliable public areas where clean. Staff was friendly(although the cleaning lady did not speak English and could not understand comeback later)-expected hotel staff to be able to speak English
breakfast was basic and the same every morning had to pay extra for Safe. room 102 seemed very dated, under bed was not cleaned. broken tiles in bathroom no air filter system in bathroom. cleanliness of room was very poor as i was out alot and only slept there for a few hours wasnt too much of a problem. overall I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 10
The room was ok and clean Internet was very fast Very nice black fast room probably an old theatre
Cleaning ladies started working every morning at 7 am above our room...very noisy and one of the evening there's been a party until late night and it was just like having them celebrating in our room... It has been a little annoying just because we had to wake up early for going to work the morning after... The fridge in our room was broken and the bottle of water I took smelled bad probably cos the fridge was hot inside but I still had to pay for that drink We saw small animals like bugs running in the toilet Breakfast was poor quality food we opened a boiled egg every morning and all of them were black inside and bad smelling
The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to a lovely park with great views.
A short walk to Expo (Incheba). Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
WiFi was not working well. Small room with narrow bed. Not enough electrical outlets for laptop/iPad/phone charging.
Nice and helpful staff.
Trams passing by every 30 seconds in the early morning. Poor WiFi signal in the room.
very friendly staff private parking is possible underneath the hotel
barely able to surf the web on free wifi there was a fire on my floor, and the fire alarms didn't go off. I was woken up because of a burned smell
staff tries to be helpful
No room service. Windows are not soundproof, and with trams in street below going every 2 minutes, at night also, it's not possible to have a sleep, even with ear silencers. Had booking for 3 nights, changed the hotel after 1st night.
Staff was politely.
Noise, poor cleaning, old stuff, small rooms.
Welcome staff. It was possible to check-in before 2 pm. That was good as we've arrived really early
1) WiFi was really bad. Every time it tried to cancel the session so you were required to fill in the form with a passwrd again and again 2) There was no air-conditioner at the room. When there is plus 30C outdoors in Prague there is no way to feel comfortable in the hotel 3) There was a light smell of wet carpit in the room. So it looks like someone had left his shoes there few months ago. 4) There is poor choice for breakfast. That isn't common for Prague hotels
Nice location, friendly staff
Great value for money - big room with hot breakfast Close to tram stations that can take you anywhere in the city They sell tickets and exchange currency on reception If you walk around, there are great authentic bars and nice parks
My keys stopped working every day so I had to go to reception to somehow renew them. Mean woman at the reception was talking like it's my fault. On Sunday morning at 8:30 while we were sleeping the room door suddenly opened and clean lady checked if we are inside. Really, at 8:30 on Sunday? Other minor things that sometimes irritate - no outlets (I had to switch off lamps to charge my devices), no usual soap (but a liquid one that is bad), no shower curtain.
Wasn't actually a holiday as we came to Prague for the funeral of a relative. Only stayed two nights but the hotel was excellent and chosen because it was near the church where the funeral was being held.
no adverse comments.
Location OK (downtown by tram), hotel globally OK, but not a 4* standard.
Not a 4* standard. Beds way too soft.
Clean and spacious
The room is spacious, with a large bathroom separated from the toilet. The E-floor has a very spacious lift lobby.
The air conditioning inside the room is not very effective, so I had to open the window during the night. However, the hotel is located on a busy street with trams running outside the room 24 hours, and people like to gather at the entrance of the hotel drinking and talking loudly till midnight, making my room too noisy for a good sleep.
It is just right next to the tram station. It is very noisy. The whole room doesnt have enough lighting The room doesn't have a wall electric socket
the bath and the WC are separately located in front of each other in the room and the doors are really close to each other therefore it is really NOT comfortable!
Nice clean and warm rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good location.
In the evening there is not enough light and not much to see on TV. Noisy guests.
