I and my party of 8 were especiallly impressed with the helpfulness and courtesy of one of the receptionists called Eva. She was very efficient when our city tour arrived late and did her best to chase them up. She was also very polite and efficient under pressure when we were checking out and there was another (German) client who was making difficult demands of her. We would recommend this hotel to other friends who visit Prague. |

Very central. Easy to walk to city centre. Bank facilities close by. Air con. very good. Front room, second floor - ever so slightly noisy (from road). No real bother. |

The rooms were looked after...breakfast was not too bad... Totally wrong description... This hotel has only rooms to stay... Just like a military barrack... No lobby and bar (or proper reception area)... Nothing to eat or drink... One restaurant across the road... Kicked in the room, pump-off after you pay the bill... Supposedly disabled friendly ??? I had to carry my own luggage... Comparing with the same category and the same price hotels, this is the worst one... Never again... |

My second stay at the hotel. Everything was basically the same. Good location(not too far from Wenceslas sq. but at the same time there are a lot of good restaurants nearby). Wifi in the room(signal level is low but connection speed is good). Their cleaning ladies work very well. Everything is clean. |

The location, 15 minutes to Old town square, tram stop outside, short walk to metro. Continental breakfast was excelent. Room was very clean No Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No British TV News stations |

We booked for 2 nights but liked this hotel and its area so much we stayed an extra 2 nights. Our room was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. Surrounding area is close to but not in the tourist/expensive area. The Old Town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes Lots of reasonably priced bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. |

The hotel is in a non-touristic area of the city but with all necessary facilities around including an underground station nearby and is very good value for money The food at breakfast didn't always seem to be extremely fresh |

Excellent location; helpful staff; comfortable, clean room; and good selection of food at breakfast. We asked for a quiet room and we couldn't hear and noise/traffic. The air-conditioners weren't very effective. |

Very good price, clean, straightforward hotel. Parking is limited but worked out ok in front of the hotel (payed, max 2 hour from 8-18). Something to take into account when coming by car. When paying by card, the price from booking.com is first converted to czech crowns, then back to euro's by your bank. It would perhaps be fair to also present the price in czech crowns on booking.com, so there is no confusion at the hotel desk. It turns out we could have paid cash in euro's, but they do not accept a price in euros for electronic payment. The conversion rate used was quite reasonable. |

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the fact that it was clean,and also they payed attention at my traveling with a small child and fitted a childbed in the room. The fact that i was not notified by anybody that i should book a parking space at the hotel,especially Prague beeing a very problematic city regarding parking. |
