Reception staff very friendly and helpfull but could not solve problem issues. No internet available, tv broken, Shower broken and poor quality of the food. All with all not a success. |

friendly if incompetent staff internet access non-working. Internet PC in the lobby with Czech keboard and 14" display belongs to garbage bin rather than to thinternational hotel chain |

There was a door in the room which lead to another room and you can hear everything through this door - this was really embarassing during the night. I dont know if all of the rooms have such a problem. Breakfast poor but for that price it was ok. Lets say this is a standard 3* hotel. |

Hotel was very clean , very spacious and comfortable. Its also located near Beroun city center that was very handy as well. The breakfast was very poor and without a taste. |

De kamers waren groot. De douche was erg laag en hoge instap. Ik kon niet normaal onder de douche staan omdat de slang laag hing en de doucheslang was niet lang genoeg. Internet in het hotel laat te wensen over. |

Zeer vriendelijk hotelpersoneel, kamers waren net, lekker ontbijt. Het hotel is zeer gunstig gelegen tov het centrum van Beroun. Met de trein ben je binnen 35 min. in Praag. Het hotel is zeker z'n 4 sterren waard! De instap in het bad was vrij hoog, douchestang bleef niet op z'n plaats hangen. |

centraal gelegen tov praag en platteland (kastelen), accomodatie goed, stadje/dorp in de omgeving. Ontbijtbuffet goed geregeld. goede bedden. het is geen sfeervol hotel. Zakelijk / kil. aanbeveling: een steun voor het uitstappen bij het bad (opstap is vrij hoog). Doucheslang voor lange mensen te kort. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel; aanwezigheid van liefst drie liften; hotel is gelegen in centrum van de stad; parkeergelegenheid voor de auto is meteen bij het hotel en is afgesloten door slagbomen; ruime kamers; mogelijk tot kiezen van niet roken kamers; gratis (draadloos) internettoegang, met of zonder eigen computer. Gladde badkuip met hoge in- en uitstap; roken in restaurant- en bargedeelte; draadloos internet was niet altijd op de kamer mogelijk, soms moest vanwege beperkt bereik naar de algemene ruimte in de ontvangsthal bij de receptie gegaan worden (de computerzaak die draadloos internet heeft aangelegd meldde ons dat binnen enkele maanden het draadloos netwerk verbeterd zou worden). |
