Best Western Hotel Grand  

Przestronny pokój, dobre śniadanie.

The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large. The water pressure was very good and there was sufficient hot water.

The public areas of the hotel were smoke-filled upon our arrival and there was still the nasty smell of the the smoke from the night before when we came to breakfast. The hotel is a former workers' dormitory built in the late 1970s or early 1980s and has the charm of a workers' dormitory of that era. The lighting in the room was woefully inadequate. There were ample coat-hangers for a one-night's stay, but they were of such bad quality that even two of the together could not support the weight of a standard winter coat. The breakfast was dismal.

All staff was very kind and friendly.

Nothing special, just regular hotel to give you a good sleep.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer; schönes Bad; alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und mitdenkend, Kompliment!

Wie so oft in Böhmen war das Frühstück langweilig, zwar waren Räumlichkeiten und Bufet gepflegt, aber die Speisenauswahl war langweilig; am Sonntagnachmittag störten in der Stadt zahlreiche herumlungernde Jugendgruppen und Betrunkenenansammlungen.

De mémoire affublé de 4 étoiles, je les cherche encore ... Hôtel sans le moindre charme, personnel à la limite de la correction, chambre sinistre et inconfortable (lit simple extra dur et eau chaude après 5mn ...), le petit-déjeuner ne relève pas le niveau !! Cet hôtel est en lice pour le pire hôtel lors de mes déplacements en Europe Centrale ...

Новый отель с большим холлом, большим рестораном, баром. Номер просторный, чистый, бесплатная парковка со шлагбаумом, за такие небольшие деньги просто шикарно!

Недостатков не было.

έχω μείνει στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο πριν από 24 χρόνια με άλλη ονομασία και διεύθυνση, η αλλαγές που έγιναν κατά την περίοδο αυτή είναι ελάχιστες

Große, saubere Zimmer mit praktischer Einrichtung. Sichere Parkmöglichkeiten. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Burg Karlsteijn und Prag. Für den Preis absolut o.k.

Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage, das Zimmer mit Nachmittagssonne war somit extrem aufgeheizt. Das Frühstück entspricht in seiner Quantität und Qualität keinesfalls dem Best Western Standard.

genoten hep ik niet,geen airco,hotelkamer te warm in de zomer,nachts om4 uur nog steeds rumorig op straat.voor mensen die de volgende dag nog moeten werken geen prettje.Ik boek het Hotel niet meer.
