My stay in hotel Panorama was a very lovely experience during my great trip to Pilsen, the hotel stuff treated me very well, hotel room was very comfy and wi-fi connection was alright. I enjoyed my time in the reopened restaurant as well as in the hotel bar where I enjoyed a rich collection of 12years whiskies ;). The view of the hotel is stunning and you can see the whole city of Pilsen just behind your windows. It's very quite place in the middle of residence houses out of traffic and it's also very nice to visit a park with a lake surrounded by rocks just next to the hotel. In addition this all cost me very reasonable money. Shame I didn't catch to take a rest in a sauna. Thanks for my stay ones again.

The Staff was excellent and spoke good English. They were extremely polite, great Customer Service etiquette. The Breakfast was good and there was variety. I would visit again. There hours for Check In and Check Out are excellent. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood.

I found it very poor that there were no facilities for meals other than breakfast. I did not expect to be directed to a restaurant outside of the hotel to get lunch and dinner. I was surprised to be told on arrival that my payment which had been made in advance had not been debited to my card account despite having received confirmation of my reservation before I left home. I have yet to check my card statement to see if the fee was debited.

Good staff/ very helpful Why did I have to sign what seemed to be a credit slip on departure when I have already paid for the hotel 2 months ago. I'd like you to contact & reassure me on this point asap.

Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Es war insgesamt ruhig im Hotel, wir hatten sogar den Eindruck die einzigen Gäste zu sein?! Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet bestand überwiegend aus abgepackten Sachen. Zum Glück gab es eine Karte wo man Eier in allen Varianten bestellen konnte und das hat auch sehr gut geklappt.

De rustige ligging en toch maar 5 minuten van het centrum met de auto. Er was geen restaurant terwijl dit wel overal vermeld staat. Met menukaart nog wel! Verder was het terras gesloten terwijl het weer goed was. Kortom 3 dagen waren veel te lang in dit hotel! Geen aanrader....als je ervoor kiest om na een lange dag lekker te genieten in het hotel van een maaltijd en het terras! Meer dan een klein excuus kon er bij het personeel niet vanaf!

Die einzige Dame, die offensichtlich 24 Stunden am Tag durcharbeitet, war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und kundenfreundlich. Es gab keine Cocktails an der Bar
