Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace  

Small, clean and cosy hotel, very well located in the Old Town in Prague, just 2 min. walking disctance from Charles Bridge and a view to the Hradcany Castle. Very quiet. Reasonable price. Good value for money. We paid about EUR 90 per room per night, inlcuding breakfast. There is a small spa center (a small jacusi, a small steam bath and a small sauna, all enough for two persons, but not more), which you can book for private use anytome of the day or night.

There were some small problems, like the temperature in the room was very high (probably 26 degrees Celcius) and although we complaint several times they could not fix it properly; the shampoos and douche gels in the room were very small and not enough and the juices on breakfast were not of good quality.

Stayed many times before - ususally a very good hotel

I asked if I could pay and keep the room until 4 pm, because I had to write to my newspaper about Vaclav Havels funeral. In an unfriendly manner I was told the hotel was fully booked, and no possibility. "Do all the new guest arrive before 4 pm I asked?" The answer was "We don't know, so you can't have the room until 4 pm."

Good location.

Poor breakfast, the so called spa was only 50% in function but still cost 25 eur to use...

The location of the hotel is very good, about 5 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The best impression that we take from this hotel is the view of the city that we had in our senior suite. It is simply unforgettable. The room was not very big but cosy. The breakfast was not included in our room rate but there are no problems with finding a palce for breakfast in Prague. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The tea and/or coffee are served in the room at any time and free of charge, which was really nice. We would definitely choose the same hotel with the same room type for our future visits to Prague.

La relacion calidad-precio es buena, su ubicación muy cerca del castillo

Vanwege hartproblemen van de kok konden wij niets bestellen, jammer. We hadden na 20:00 nog wel zin in iets te knabbelen. Zelfs een zakje chips was er niet. Vanwege vroege vertrek kregen we wel een breakfastzakje mee. Zat wel chips in :)

Die lage und aussicht, die ruhe

Frühstücksraum viel zu eng personal schlecht geschult, wusste über von uns bezahlte leistungen nicht bescheid und fragte mehrmals nach für ein 5sterne hotel zu einfaches frühstück und zuwenig lobby-ambiente

Месторасположение.

1) При том, что в номерах был обещан вид на Вальдштейнский сад, окна выходили на глухую стену. При попытке разрешить это недоразумение (номер выбирался именно из-за вида), предложили более дорогой номер с доплатой. 2) В одном из номеров Deluxe Plus не работал ни кондиционер, ни холодильник минибара, ни даже телефон. 3) Под окнами ходят трамваи. Довольно шумно.

Chambre Deluxe très confortable, tout à fait conforme aux photos du site internet y compris la vue sur le château annoncée. Excellente literie avec couettes. Belle salle de bains.Les stations de métro et de bus sont à 200 mètres;

la clilmatisation est centrale. On peut la régler à sa convenance, mais pas l'arrêter complètement

molto carino e ben tenuto, personale competente e davvero gentilissimo. consigliato anche per la posizione molto comoda sia per la zona del castello che per ponte carlo.
