Close to or in the city center. Own hotel parking in the city center. Breakfast was ok, also at 09:30. Noisy beds. |

The Kampa is a little tired but good value for the money (when there is a discounted room!). Good, quiet location away from the awful Charles Bridge. Excellent service from booking.com on modification of my reservation, and without charge from the hotel. |

Very good location, just 5 minutes from Charles bridge. Parking (18€ per day) and easy access, tram station nearby. Breakfast was very fine. Great value since we payed only 60€ per double room / night. No aircon... |

Castle and renaissance themed, it was a very pleasant, bright hotel with a wonderful staff. Friendly, courteous, & multi-lingual. The included breakfast in the breakfast hall was great! Much more than a "continental" breakfast. The room was clean and well kept. Parking was available at a good rate (currently €18 per day). Unfortunately, when anyone travels, the purpose of a hotel is to have a place to spend the night and sleep. That's the one area where Best Western Hotel Kampa failed miserably - sleep. Those beds were the worst! I'd read the other reviews and thought maybe someone was disgruntled or something, but they were right. Those beds are horrible. If there happens to be someone you know that you really don't like, and would like them to be miserable, send them to Best Western Hotel Kampa to spend a few nights...replace the beds and Best Western Hotel Kampa gets the highest recommendations! |

historic restaurant and location a bit more complicated parking around corner which force to stop car in prohibited area (even for a short while) and there can be immediately policeman to fine you and can not listen to your explanation of 30 seconds stop and go as you need to be opened gate into parking by hotel staff - if you get there by car, stop 50 m behind hotel entrance in front of parking gate and wait to be assisted... |

nice dinning hall. the location of hotel is very good. funny staff in dinning hall, some are realy working, helping to supply tables with food, take used plates away.., and there are others who just walk around tables for food, chat and most time do nothing.. :))))) the bed in a room was very hard, especialy when you expect to find a really soft thing, so the sleeping wasn't very comfortable on it & on the whole they should improve things with bed, blankets, pillows.. don't clean the room while we are eating our breakfast, wait till we go out to the city. no free internet access. |

Location, the historical and one-of-a-kind restaurant, interiors, very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very hard and the breakfast was pretty basic. Definitely not a 4 star. |

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Allocated single room despite booking a double because the hotel was full. Using the hotel's recommended transport to the airport was one third more expensive than booking a taxi. |

I thought is was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and cosy bedrooms and only a 5-10 mins walk from Charles bridge so not a bad location The only slight problem i had which to be honest was not a massive problem but i deal with a huge amount of hotels in my own business and i know that some clients would have a problem with this but on our second day we went to have a drink in the hotel bar and we were told it was closed as they had a conference i think they should have advised their residence in advance about this. |

Situation exceptionnelle proche du parc Kampa. L'hôtel correspond au descriptif, personnel très accueillant et sympathique, chambre spacieuse et propre, ménage bien fait. |

Het hotel ligt in een rustige wijk dicht bij (loopafstand) alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van Praag. De kamer was ruim met zitje en schrijftafel. Daardoor ook te gebruiken als zakenhotel. Vraag wel een kamer aan de achterzijde; dan heb je uitzicht op het Kampa park. Het restaurant heeft een middeleeuwse uitstraling (harnassen en wapens) De bedden zijn erg hard. Daar hadden ze achteraf iets aan kunnen doen, maar hebben wij verzuimd. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is matig. Wel genoeg keuze, behalve op de zondag. De koffie is slecht. Kom niet na 9.30 uur, want om 10.00 uur gaat het ontbijt dicht en is de keuze nog minder. |

Solo la posizione sull'isola di Kampa e la vicinanza ai luoghi turistici della città e i grandi letti. Le camere, non molto grandi, erano senza aria condizionata e faceva molto caldo al terzo piano, L'ascensore piccolo e poco sicuro, scorre senza porta chiusa lungo il muro. Delle 4 stelle riportate sulla categoria gliene toglierei una ! Malgrado avessimo prenotato e portato con noi la prenotazione anche in inglese hanno cercato di farsi pagare il parcheggio 18 euro anzicchè 15, il prezzo si è dovuto pagarlo con il cambio detto da loro praticamente ci è costato di più anche se di poco. La colazione un giorno era esaurita e abbiamo dovuto mangiare gli avanzi dei piatti e cercare anche le posate. Il ristorante è scenografico ma anche un pò deprimente. Avevamo chiesto che le due camere fossero vicine: lontane 10 camere circa 30 metri |

La ubicación del hotel es excelente como punto de partida para conocer la ciudad y recorrerla a pie. Los alrededores son tranquilos, está cerca de un parque y del río, favorecen el descanso. Se tiene la sensación de estar en la ciudad y al mismo tiempo uno puede imaginar estar fuera de ella. Los desayunos están bien surtidos y son variados (aunque el café no me gustó, mejor el té estandard). La limpieza y organización en todos los ámbitos son más que adecuadas. |

Optimale Lage in der Altstadt.Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Zimmer groß mit super Bett. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, alles vorhanden auch noch um 9.30. Zimmer lag zur gegenüber liegenden Bar.Wer die Ruhe liebt sollte andere Lage wählen oder Fenster schließen. |

La posizione è tranquilla e a pochi minuti a piedi dal ponte carlo Vista la categoria ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più: camera poco spaziosa, colazione decisamente migliorabile. Al pagamento hanno applicato un cambio piuttosto alto: rispetto al prezzo indicato in euro nella prenotazione, quello finale è risultato maggiorato di circa 30 euro |

Очень уютный зал где проходят завтраки и очень удачное расположение отеля полностью противоречат с маленькими номерами, говоря по русски просто тесные, в отеле и вокруг него очень тихо, завтрак тянет на 3 балла. |

Hôtel aux charmes post médiévaux! Bien situé en ville (10 minutes du pont Charles); très bon pdj Les prix pratiques par l 'hotel ne correspondent pas a ceux indiques par booking: parking a 18 e et non 15 E. les taxes qui etaient incluses ne le sont pas en realite cela fait grimper considerablement la note (+19°/°) |
