Christian Mature couple Nürnberg, Germany September 27, 2011	Wir sind als Paar für einen Kurzurlaub von 3 Tagen ins Bohemia angereist. Schon beim einchecken wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Zimmer war (gegenüber einem Hotelzimmer in Prag) sehr sauber, freundlich gestaltet (farbliche Wände, funktionelle und neuwertige Möbel/Einrichtungsgegenstände), nicht zu klein und mit einem Kühlschrank und tv inkl. Deutscher Sender ausgestattet. Einen Föhn sollte man/Frau selber mitbringen. Sehr angenehm überrascht waren wir auch ob der Tatsachen dass es für die Hotelbesucher einen kostenlosen bewachten großen Parkplatz gibt, kostenlose ganz gute Fahrräder bereit stehen und ab 3 übernachtungen einen Gutschein zum Besuch des Aquaforum im Ort geschenkt bekommt. Wir hatten ü/f gebucht und das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön, wir haben rund um Cheb die Seen besucht. Alles in Allem haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit verlebt. Did you find this review helpful?	9.2

Anonymous Mature couple Czech Republic August 3, 2011	Celkem příjemná,rodinná atmosféra. S malými problémy výhodné parkování u hotelu.Pokoje byly celkem čisté. Přístup personálu byl hodně amatérský.Nejvíce času personál trávil probíráním osobních záležitostí za barovým pultem.Chtělo by to zlepšit větrání,případně osvěžit vzduch,nebo vytepovat koberce na pokoji. Sergey Solo traveler gorlovka, Ukraine May 28, 2011	отель находится не далеко от пешеходной зоны.номера чистые.отличный завтрак .бесплатная парковка.интернет. нам достались номера на третье этаже.лифта нет.в номере скошенный потолок.кровать стояла близко к скосу.как не контролируй ситуацию,а лбом о скос ударишься,не очень приятно,особенно спросонья.парковка большая,представляет собой огромное огороженное сеткой поле со шлагбаумом.предназначенное для парковки туристических автобусов.если вы приехали на своем авто,не спешите въезжать на парковку.получите на рецепшене карточку бесплатного проезда.мы въехали по талону из аппарата,пришлось выезжать оплачивать и заезжать по бесплатной карточке- она работает на въезд-выезд.на завтраке была группа немецких пенсионеров,соответственно очередь к шведскому столу .думаю так бывает всегда.
