Very good wellness area with swimming pool and jaccuzi. Staff at the receptiond desk very helpful.

Catering: Very poor breakfast, 3 days the same meal, warm buffet was also 3 days cold (sausages, bacon, tomatoes), very bad way of serving omelets and scrambled eggs - you have to wait min. 5-10 minutes at the same row, where is the cold buffet, so you have no chance to take something from the cold buffet because of the waiting people. Avarage coffee. If I can recommend to future travellers, do not order breakfast in this hotel. Room: demaged hangers in bathtube, one cosmetic set=1 pcs. (Shower gel, shampoo) for 2 people and 3 night stay.

The building and iternal architecture are superb the pool also is a very pleasant and relaxing area you are 5 minutes from everything so super location

The buffet breakfast was nice but a little repeatative

A luxury hotel close to the center of town,comfortable rooms,great swimmingpool.the breakfast was very delicious.on the negative side i have to mention wi fi which is not free and expensive.TV programs are poor and all other fun programs and music costs extra.

Great Spa, Delicious Breakfasts, Walking distance to downtown and to the Train Station.

Small size of the standard room = great for the price, but small for 5 star

The hotel is in a great location , 5 minutes walk to the main square so far enough away from the hustle and bustle. the spa facilities were fantastic, relaxing and rejuvenating after sampling the delights of the city. hotel staff were very friendly and professional and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Except for the restaurant that must be avoided and the out od order jacuzzi, this hotel was very fine, with cosy rooms and very helpful staff, conveniently located at walking distance from all palces of interest. We did all our visit by walk directly from the hotel.

While the breaskast was fine, the restaurant was very poor and expensive. Also and it seems to be a recurrent issue in this hotel, the jacuzzi in the spa were out of order.

The pool was not available due to emergency maintenance.

Location was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome! The flower arrangments in the lobby were fab. If we were to go back we would stay in Boscolo hotel again :) thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, well maintained interior, stylish bar, restaurant and lounges. Helpful staff.

Small room, two twin beds pushed together rather than a double, swimming pool out of order throughout our stay. For the price the luxury element fell short in several ways.

роскошный отель с изысканными интерьерами, вышколенным персоналом, шикарным спа (красивый теплый бассейн с раслабляющим джакузи, сауна,хамамм, - все это отлично помогает восстановить силы после продолжительных прогулок по городу). это бывший отель Karl iv, расположен в старинном здании дворцового типа с расписанными потолками и лепниной - в стиле рококо-барококо)), но осовремененном современными включениями - все со вкусом и на самом высоком уровне. бронировали номер- делюкс - шикарный большой номер, где помимо мини-бара есть чайник, стоит подносик с кофе-чаем (не считается мини-баром, и не включается в цену), гладильная доска с утюгом, фен, халат-тапочки, всякая гигиеническая шняжка (кремы,гели,шампуни,ватные палочки). приятно,когда в бассейн можно спуститься на лифте,просто одев халатик на купальник - полотенца там дают свои. расположение на твердую четверку - до пороховой башни - 7 минут пешком, до вацлавской - 10, до карлова моста - 15-17 минут. зато - тихо! любителям крепкого спокойного сна - рекомендуем! ;-) да! - завтраки! мы такого еще не встречали нигде! сыры всех мастей, ветчина,колбасы, рыба, орехи,фрукты, шампанское и фрукты, кофе разносят в термосах, но можно заказать - сделают лююой - каппучино,лате, ристретто.., а также яичница,омлет, колбаски,сосиски, запеченый картофель,помидоры, вобщем....обед вам понадоится нескоро!)))

а вот ужинать мы вам в ресторане отеля не советуем....обслуживание в ресторане не понравилось, дорого и не сказать,что адекватно цене вкусно - в городе полно местечек,где можно поесть с гораздо большим удовольствием.

窓からの見晴らしは今ひとつだった。（室内温水プールの屋根が見えた）

à proximité du centre (10 minutes à pied), on n'a pas le bruit du centre ville. Le spa qui détend bien après une journée de marche, superbe piscine. Personnel très agréable et efficace. Très bon séjour.

Chambre petite. Manque le vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner.
