They had a friendly helpful multilingual staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very acceptable. You must take 1 set of steep stairs to get down to the main part of the city center. It's not a fault of the hotel but elderly guests or guests with strollers should be aware of this |

Once found this is a pleasant quiet hotel just off the main promenade. Good breakfast. Friendly family members running the hotel who speak good English (and most likely German and Russian as well). Very difficult to find. Our GPS Navigator was confused. All the streets around the hotel were designated pedestrians only. The Receptionist at another hotel was most helpful, even phoned the Boston, but couldn't give us precise directions. We found our way downtown and received directions from the Tourist Information. We were told we could drive through the Pedestrian areas as we had a hotel reservation with booked parking. We tried this and were stopped by the police, who, forgave us and escorted us to the hotel. So I guess, in the end, we were treated like VIPs. |

The hotel is very clean and nice. Compare to the second night we stayed in Elefant Hotel with the same money, it is hundred times better! The breakfast can be better. The bread are a bit old. |

The position was very close to the center and the turistic attractions. The rooms were quite large and nice and it was extremely quiet even if it was close to the center. The room had a few problems: the ceiling light did not function, the shower was cold after 10PM and the fridge in the room was rather noisy. It was quite difficult to find the hotel even with map and GPS and the reception desk was closed after 9PM. |

The Hotel Boston is a neat clean hotel with good rates, one street back from the main shopping street of old Karlovy Vary. It caters for couples and families, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast good and the service pleasent. Unfortunatley the hotel does not have a view as such but given the location and the rates it is a good choice. |

The staff is very nice and willing to spend time to resolve our problems when we got lost in town. It's hard to find the way to this hotel even by GPS. However it is close to all famous spots (in walking distance). |

Hotel Boston is a wonderful little hotel very close to all the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. While close, you do have to walk down a somewhat creepy flight of stairs and alley to get to the springs, restaurants, and spas. Rather than a real sheet, the beds have a terry cloth fitted sheet on the bed, but the down comforters are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very clean. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is very nice. The staff could not have been nicer. They were very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive, yet clean and comfortable hotel in Karlovy Vary. |

I think the location is the best attribute for this hotel. price quality ratio is also very good and the rooms were ok as well. In my opinion, the hours for the check in are unusual. The only thing that I didn't like at all were the curtains. They really don't protect you from any light in the morning. |

Helpfull staff. Location is fine. Good breakfast is for 3* hotel. Reception is closed after 6 p.m. and at 8 a.m. reception is still closed. Unfortunately staff does not speak English or Russian but reception speaks. You should ask what window view you will have otherwise you get parking place straight in front of your window it does not matter if can be the 3rd floor. |
