Very quite hotel, fully renovated, located at 1 street from the promenade, It is indeed very difficult to reach by car. Do not hesitate to call the recpetion for direction or pick-up |

It is near the center of Karlovy Vary and you could move around easily without a car. Not convenient elevator as we had to climb stairs to go to our room. Not very safe neighbourhood and not safe parking space. |

Location was awesome! Near to the city center and we walked everywhere to the nearby attractions. The hotel owner was very helpful and met us in the downtown area and led us to the hotel parking. Location is a bit hard to find. |

No service at Boston hotel: No reception in evening and night, no restaurant, no minibar, no shampoo in bathroom, an old salami in the fridge. Hotel very VERY hard to find. Beds not comfortable. Must call emergency number to pay the bill in the morning. Hotel to avoid absolutely. You can find a better hotel for a better price. |

The hotel is off the main tourist strip making it a quiet retreat yet conveniently located within the most charming area of Karlovy Vary. I read on previous reviews the difficulty in finding the hotel. I agree with these reviews and have suggested to owners to note entrance through a narrow passageway between the gallery and golden crown. |

Charactor, cosyness, very good shower, parking, very good home cooked breakfast, friendly staff, offered good exchange rate (better than interbank rate!) for paying with local currency despite booking with Euro. Nice suvenior when checking out. Didn't get clean towels as instructed. Noisy fridge. |

The hotelstaff was very friendly and helpful. Clean, basic room, clean and nice bathroom. Cosy, small breakfast room. Nice, continental breakfast. We stayed only one night. No problems accured. |

Location to city The advertising is misleading, as we thought this hotel was on the promenade, and the photo did not reflect the situation that the access was thru a laneway then up plenty of steps to the front door, and acess was very difficult by car |

everything was renovated and clean and the staff were friendly. Close to the main street the fact that later in the evening you had to use a key to get out of the hotel. Dangerous if there was ever a fire. Internet signal was pretty weak. Was very hard to find the hotel. We asked several locals and no one knew where it was. |

The hotel is located in the main centre, within minutes of the shops, restaurants and sights. Yet, being just off the main promenade in a small side-street, it was welcomingly quiet. Comfortable beds and a lovely clean bathroom. |

The friendly and helpful staff. There seems to be some misinformation on the website regarding the cost of the Quadruple room. However, the hotel finally charged us only what was agreed in our booking confirmation. |

The hotel is comfortable and its location is good with a short-cut path to the center along "Stara louka". Breakfast is very delicious and this is served with many choices. Hotel is served with free map. Hotel owner (Mr. Milan) is very nice and with good customer service. I have bought the bohemia glass on the street without a box and he borrowed me the shoe box to prevent any fragile The reception would be closed at 6pm. If later than this time, need to make special request. |
