Great location, great price. Our room was on the fifth floor and we had a very cosy and romantic room (the one with the sloped roof). It was very clean and we also noticed that all the complaints made by previous guests were taken in count and corrected. The guy on the reception was nice, absolutely no problems with the staff. We recommend 100%! Cheap breakfast, but for the price I can not ask for more. So I guess it's fair enough. We were hearing our neighbors but we weren't bothered. Bad coffee...it's more like water.

The original room had an odor. When I opened the window it did not improve much. In addition, the room stated air conditioning. However there was no air-conditioning. I was finally moved to another room. The person at the desk made it sound as if by doing this I was causing someone else to be inconvenienced. How is that my fault?

Good location, only 2 blocks from Wenceslas Square. Room had modern decor and was quite spacious. Breakfast was good - large variety of food available. Staff were unhelpful. Carparking was located two blocks away making it inconvenient to travel anywhere via car while in Prague (as it was a pain to get the car in and out of the parking garage). Our room was not cleaned despite hanging the provided "Please clean me" sign on the door.

Good location, all rooms with own, clean bathroom and AC. Walls like papers, we asked for double room, but we got rooms with 2 beds, and the garage price was way too high (wasnt even a normal garage), and the garage guy injured our car while parking.

Very good breakfast. Rooms are very big and clean. A few metro stops from the center and Old Town. There was a very mean and unfriendly guy working on the reception when we arrived. His attitude and the way to speak to the guests was just awful. Meating that guy on the day of arrival can ruin your first impression about the city and people there. He acted like he has been really annoyed every time we tried to ask him any questions about the city or the hotel. Other hotel stuff was friendly and helpful.

Goof location. Good breakfast. Hotel wireless internet allows only view the web pages. Messengers (ICQ, Jabber, etc.) don't work. Very squeaky floors and poor sound insulation - you hear the squeaking floor from the neighboring room.

The room was good: comfortable bed, adjusted heating (it was november). Location is good: 10 to the Vaclavska square (or how's that written :) ), 20 min to the old town square by foot 3 doors for various purposes. At some point maybe it's amusing. But not very convinient.

The hotel is super well localizated, wery close to the commercial city center. It is very close to the metro station as well. The internet connection worked perfectly, and the staff was very polite to us. It has a very simple and a little old room, so if you are looking for something modern this wouldn't be the place.

The building is rather old. They use the wood pillar to support the ceilings in my room. Overall speaking it is acceptable. Need to update the hotel information and structure as mentioned so that the guests can take consideration of that before they make booking.

So close to the metro station. And very good price. Excellent breakfast, the best that we found in Europ! & Wifi free! There were two tiny spiders inthe room, but everithing seems clean anyway, so it was not a problem for us.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have off-street safe parking available, but be aware that the driveway/alley into the parking area is very narrow. We had to fold in the mirrors on our Renault Laguna station wagon to get through without hitting, and it was still extremely tight. I think it is worth it to have off-street parking, though. There is also a breakfast available on-site. Though a little bit tight, there was enough room in a triple for 3 adults and 2 baby beds. Our younger daughter was in a little hallway inside of our room, where she could have it dark and quieter for sleeping before we were ready for bed. The shower is very small. Also, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.
