Polite staff

Very strange hotel, old fashioned, situated on a street full of night clubs,far too expensive for the conditions offered. Small bathroom, old towels, dark rooms with very weak lightning.

Nothing

- Facilities were poor, phones and internet did not work, no shower cubicle in deluxe room. Lift didnt work generally the hotel has a gloomy and dirty feel to it

I like the location. Bcz I like nightlife. So this is the best place in Ostrava.

They have resturent, but if u ask lunch at 2pm they have no food, if u ask for dinner at 9pm they don't have!! I was quite disappointed that then what they make at resturent & when they serve?? They told me their cook left the job but then how I get breakfast at morning? Also they have no facility to assistence service, well I see many european hotel have no the service. But at least they should have some small troley to carry my baggadge to my room. So if somebody carry quite heavy luggage like me, then it will make u hell. Most importent they have wifi but no service. They have internet cable but no network. I am actually fed-up about this issue. After nake booking I send email personally to every hotel. Everybody tell me that they have this facility. When I arrive then some hotel say me, "sorry". The same they told me!! What a pity!!

Location

Poor 1 star hotel.

The hotel is located on the buisiest street in the city for clubs and bars. The hotel room was sparse but clean enough, fine if you just want somewhere to crash after a nights partying but not somewhere to stay for a romantic weekend.

The main nissue I had with the hotel is the fact that the fire exits are locked and can only be opened with your room key, at one end of the corridor the exit is locked by a large iron barred door that kind of makes you think you are in a prison. The lift only works if you use the chip attached to your room key, I think both of these issues are to prevent people entering the hotel and stealing, however its not much use in the event of a fire and you cant find your keys!!. There are plenty of nicer hotels available around Stodolni St for a few euros more, it would be worth looking for another option.

Good location

Uncomfortable beds, very very very small bathroom (1 standing person maximum), weak stream of water, horrible breakfast with the cheapest possible food of bad quality. To the breakfast room you must walk through a smoking area, so your clothes smell very bad. This used to be a good hotel, now it's one of the worst in Ostrava.

This is the best location if you want party at Stodolni street. Just few steps and you are in the heart of night life in Ostrava.

Noisy rooms. Old furniture. Noisy Stodolni street.

this hotel is right in the middle of ostrava's night life,we stayed fri/sat/sun.it has 24 reception,private parking at 10 euro a day,a good hot/cold buffet breakfast 7-10am midweek 8-10 weekends,staff had good english and were helpfull and friendly,we were away before breakfast sat/sun mornings and they provided excellent packed lunch's no extra charge.strodini rail stop is just a short walk away.overall a good hotel in a central location at a resonable price.

if your a light sleeper and you want a good night's sleep on fri/sat night, stay elsewhere,as the walls were shaking with the sound/music coming from the clubs,the hotel restaurant does'nt open weekends, but we found an excellent restaurant just around the corner called dlouha 100 ry.

The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel staff was helpful and polite.
