It was very quiet and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the food in the restaurants was exellent. Great location, nice room and big bathroom. I like this hotel too much. |

Everything was perfect. Great hotel, directly in heart of Ostrave, 2 minutes walking to city center and old town and directly on famous Stodloni street. |

Rooms are beautiful,size vary of room absolutely perfect, famous " Stodolni street", complimentry use of high speed Wi-fi 20 MB/s internet access and cedar wood sauna...everything perfect! |

Everything was execellent! Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean room, sauna, internet access 20 MB/s and very good breakfast. GREAT! |

Very bad old hotel,less than 2 stars although declared 4 stars,very noisy area,dirty and bad rooms.I`d suggest to delete this hotel from the list at all.Only one point is "exellent" - its price of normal 4 star hotel. |

Good dining room and good service. Staff spoke good to passable English. It took a very long time for the hot water to work its way to my room, 10 minutes or more. |

There was no hot water in the afternoons. The water pressure was low even for the cold water. They did not make up my room after the first night of my stay. |

Location - the only advantage of this "hotel". At the arrival, nobody wanted to help us with finding the way to parking in the maze of Ostrava's one-way streets. TV was supposed to be 37 inches. Reality was different - it was less than 20 inches. But it didn't matter because it didn't work anyway. The air condition was very noisy and a lot of water dripped off from the device during the night. Breakfast - the variety of food was very small. |
