The best! Very good location, nice design. Fast wi-fi. Good breakfast.

No tooth-brushes and tooth-paste... why? Just a few tv-channels. No channels for children. A bit too dark in the whole hotel.

My room was fantastic; large and well appointed. It was very convenient to all the sightseeing areas that Prague has to offer.

I was expecting a larger hotel experience as opposed to the boutique atmosphere that is BB-Prague. I was disappointed that the main restaurant was closed the two evenings I was there. Can't help that I suppose.

The mess with the plenty of dimmer light switches. As soon I learned all, it was time to go. But all the rest was so perfect that is better to advice ot to change a thing!

Fantastic stay! The rooms are amazing and the staff are just as wonderful. Great location a little outside of the main Old Town area which was preferred by us. Delicious breakfast with more good service. Definitely will be looking for this chain in other cities!

Clean and comfortable. Great service in all areas. Extraordinary design(!), excellent bed and bath. Superlative location of the hotel. Magnificient breakfests. Relaxing athmosphere. Nice SPA for massages and relaxation. A chic 2 level underground pub is the Buddha-bar. All is a good value for your money if you are tolerant to some lacks and absurdities.

Jealousy and the light switching remote as well as manually controlled systems are not for human. Also the locations of light switchers are unpredictable and unreasoned - you have low chances to find them at dark. The trio of water switchers in the shower made me, with all my experience, just feel stupid. Clothing racks in cupboards are unreachable for people less than 1,65 m tall. Clothing hooks at the entrance are too thick for many loops. Where is the shoe spoon??? Conspicuous lack of usual facilities is strange for a 5* hotel. I was also surprised by the restriction of using the elevator only with a badge, where an acces to the nearest staircase was fully unrestricted.

Rooms too small and over the top technology (29 dimmer switches) was a detractor rather than an enhancement. Great for a couple ofnnights to impress other half but beyond that it became a bit of a battle betweenbstyoe and substance

The hotel did not have a gym, I think for 5 star boutique hotel need a smal gym room, and have a treatmil, the have but in outside hotel the staff said walking about 10 minutes

The Staff were very attentive, and gave us a wonderful welcoming. Not to mention that every second of our stay was incredible. I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

There was nothing I did not like

No real spa, sauna facilities. No GYM in the building.

A beautiful hotel, with stunning bedrooms! It was pure luxury and we felt very special and pampered after our night there. It was so good and we were so impressed we booked again to next year already! Location is 3-4 minutes walk to Old Town square, a local shop is 40 meters away, and around the corner there are a few nice bars. One of the highlights was the Buddha bar on floor -1... very beautiful, very classy and a place you could get easily lost in! I cannot wait to go back!

I liked the central location, the room decor and size, the breakfast was also very good.

It was a completely avant garde hotel --- Totally our of the ordinary!

In terms of location the hotel is one of the best in Prague. Actually unique design and athmosphere. We may recommend rooms 37 due to size and 55 due to interesting design. Very good staff. Buddha-bar may be visited if you really like Buddha-bar style and Asian cousine.

The neighbor pub Gambrinus closes at 2:30 A.M. and so you have excellent chance to listen drunked noise within 15-30 minutes )) The breakfast isn't for vegeterians in spite of Budhha style ))

We liked every thing about the hotel. Design, location, staff, service and convenience. We would love to book again in the same hotel each time we visit Prague

The staff were dry helpful and friendly 24 hrs a day! The rooms were amazing! Sooo comfortable and individually suited to our needs.

I had some washing done and it was all ruined with what seemed to be melted plastic of some sort! A one off mistake im sure but disappointing!
