Very basic accomodation I paid for a suite and ended up in a room no tea or coffee facilities .bar open only on a Saturday

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.. Nothing too much trouble. Their receptionist Marcela, was absolutely brilliant from when we'd booked our accommodation/taxi's and everything else from sorting out irons/tea making and contacting restaurants during our stay

The Scotland Team were staying at the hotel for the 59th World Coarse Angling Championships. The Central location was excellent for both getting to the opening ceremony, closing banquet and traveling daily to practice session and then the final competition. The staff were always cheerful and particularly helpful and went out of their way to make us, and the other teams staying feel welcome, even providing breakfast packs for the teams on the two day;'s of competition when we needed to leave early. Uherske Hradiste was a delightful. And friendly place to visit and both the hotel and all of the surrounding bars and restaurants were excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, and good location.

No Air-conditioning. Room extremely hot. Used fan in bedroom, but generally the room was very hot indeed. Also, milk for cereals and fruit juices were not cold. They were put out on the counter, but if you arrived for breakfast after about half an hour from the start, then they were warm.

Short way to everything, serviceminded staff

Location is just perfect and breakfast were great.

Definitely wi-fi. One notebook wasn't able to connect at all, also iPhone and iPad wasn't able as well. Only Macbook could connect, but stability and speed of wi-fi was pretty poor.

It was the first hotel from Best Western network, which dissapoints me. First of all there was no air condition at room. Secondly, rock pub is next side of the street, where live concert took place till 2am. Even with closed windows no chance to sleep (windows sound proofless). At restaurant good food, but again no air condition. Additionaly waiter took from us rather big order (starters, coffee, main dishes, mix of snacks) and during meal informed us that 15minutes left till restaurant closure. That was first time at 3 star hotel that we had to leave restaurant with food on plates. He knew that we will not be able to finish and he took order anyway. Moreover he served us too warm red wine.

Good location. Free Wi-Fi.

Relatively poor breakfast. Part of hotel rooms to be reached with lift plus stairs, as the corridors are not entirely flat but for some rooms on the same floor you need to wal up and down 4-5 stairs with your (heavy) luggage.

Celonoční hluk (hlahol) před klubem Vertigo přímo u hotelu (pokud je otevřen), prakticky se nedá spát s otevřeným oknem

Byla jsem velmi spokojena s poskytnutými službami. Snídaně v ceně byla vynikající.

Pokoje byly čisté a dobře a prakticky vybavené, s výhledem na krásné náměstí. Blízkost obchodů i Slováckého divadla.Personál příjemný a ochotný. Celkově dobrý pocit z pobytu.

Čistý, solidní hotel.

Učnice u snídaně se mají ještě hodně co učit.
