Room was very nice and cleaned all the time, rich breakfast, nice area close to the city 10-15' walk to wenceslas place. Very good if u want to visit Prague. We loved the hotel and we will want to come back The welcoming at the hotel was not that warm but in general the services were on high standards. |

Nice spot, 10 min. walk from center.Very Good breakfast. Nice and clean room. Hotel staff friendly and helpfull. Value for money! The only problem was that you could hear people moving furniture. Especially in the morning hours (probably of the cleaning lady). |

Just its central location So much to dislike about this hotel: (1) a pathetic breakfast (2) an exorbitant parking fees (3) squeeky twin beds (4) street noise and works (5) Old furniture like closets and chests (6) cold room without the possibility of regulating the room temperature (7) Clean towels that were hung by the bidet of all things, etc. etc. How much more do you want? |

Good breakfast. Nice and clean room. Hotel staff friendly. Location was not as central as we'd hoped. Remote for the TV had dead batteries and there was no indication on how to use wireless internet, or if it was even available in the room. |

Close to historic center. Helpful staff, speaking very good English. Not the level of a four star hotel (as one may expect it in France, Spain or Italy for example) |

We had a great time. The room was clean and big, the breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Also, great location from Old town and other important sites. The shower was a bit clumsy to operate. |

Very good location, close to the town center, we don't use the Metro nor the Tram during exploring the city, very good breakfast, clean rooms and a polite service. |

The staff was very helpfull. The room was clean, large and quiet. The location was not bad. The breakfast is good. The location - it's not exactly in the center. We should take a tram or metro. The hotel is far from tram station. |

I liked that it had free internet access and the bar was nice apart from one of the bar staff who could not make a long Island Ice Tea! The breakfast was not very good and the evening barman was not very good. The barman that was there in the daytime was very good. |

pretty good location for getting around. due to the fact that the floors were tiled, the noise was generally horrendous. whenever someone walked around or moved some furniture, we could hear everything in our room, which at nighttime, is particularly annoying. |

We arrived early and although booking in time was at 2pm there was a room ready for us to go to which was a relief as we had been up at 2.3oam that morning! Staff friendly, breakfast great with plenty of choice. The only problem was noisy inconsiderate guests at 2am in the morning that is something the hotel have no control over! |

Central location, warm, quiet, fantastic shower, sauna and fitness room, comfortable reception and very clean. Our stay would have been improved if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

the hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were lovely and warm. Breakfast was good and plentiful (bit puzzled by the mixed veg tho ??) Excellent coffee!! Having two beds pushed together did make for rather interesting nights with one or other of us occassionally disappearing down the gap that would appear and having to claw our way back out. In addition the lack of UK TV or pay per view movies was disappointing in view of the number of british people staying there. |

The hotel is nice antic-looking, quite, large room, enough as a 4 star hotel and the price is quite good. It's also convinience for public transportation as the tram way 22 is adjacent to the hotel, and leading to downtown. The staffs are very kind and polite, but they look a bit not so friendly. (perhaps that's a part of Czech's characteristics?) |

The room was spacious even for 3 of us. The American breakfast was a big bonus considering European standards. House maid was trustworthy as nothing was lost when luggage was left open. |

Clean comfortable hotel with helpful staff especially Lucas (in the bar). He was very welcoming and gave us loads of advice about Prague, trams, restaurants etc. If mobility problems too far to walk to Wenscelas Sq, Charles Bridge, Old Town Sq though trams were available not too far from hotel., |
